"The hotel is located on the outskirts of Niefern, a village about 5 km from Pforzheim. To leave working life, my husband received a brunch voucher for two people from my colleagues. It was almost a year in the drawer, only valid until the end of the year, now we have redeemed it. They had to call two days before and book a place. We didn't regret it, it was an experience. Already at the reception we were greeted by a young lady who hung our coats. At the same time a young, male service came, leading us to our beautifully covered two table. A short wink to a service, and we have already served two glasses of champagne. Then he explained to us the three different buffets, one with breakfast, salads and appetizers, one with lunch and one with desserts. I write to you what was offered: breakfast with fresh rolls, hot baguette bread, jam, cereal, sausage and cheese. This was then added to the appetizers, consisting of salads, fish buffet, antipasti, eggs, roast beef, smoked duck breast and much more. On the warm buffet there were two types of soup, deer goulash with cranberries, calf cream roasts, chickens in orange fennelsud and salmon fillet in a leaf dough. Supplements: handcuffs late zle, pumpkin risotto, napkin dumplings, vegetables and red cabbage. Dessert consisted of Panna Cotta, forest berry cream, bright and dark mousse au chocolat, various parfaits and fruits. If you could eat more. We left breakfast because it was already 12 o'clock. The white and red radish salad, smoked fish also tasted super, the roast beef of my husband. For these warm baguettes, the appetizers would have been enough for me. On the warm buffet we served a beautiful cook that made me freeze and goulash with many cranberries on the plate. For this I took Spätzle and two slices of napkins. Tastefully excellent. After a break we decided on a small piece of Parfait with Sauerkirschenkomponat. That's better. What I regretted, because suddenly the confectioner of the house appeared with freshly baked oven slippers and vanilla sauce. Mineral water, juices, coffee and tea were included in unlimited amount. The restaurant with outbuilding was full, I guess the 100 guests were safe. That's why I couldn't make a picture of food and buffet, that wouldn't have been good. Conclusion: Who likes to feed very well also carries a larger amount, is wonderfully eliminated here. For this, the price-performance ratio is completely fine. Although we were more than satisfied at all points, it will no longer be possible for us, it is simply a pity if you can eat only a little of it. For the beautiful ambience, the nice and accommodating service and the really sharp food offer you can only give 5 stars."
