"Where's the 6th star? I've been blessed to have been to write a few Michelin starred restaurants and this little strip mall Mexican joint surpassed many of them. In fact, I will say that this meal is in my top 5 of all time. I had to kill some time before my hotel check-in and decided to grab a late lunch. I was feeling tacos and looked for three closest local Mexican restaurant. From the outside it was just another strip mall restaurant, dark tinted glass and a catchy sign. On entering you are greeted with a surprisingly large seating area, a large beautiful, well stocked bar, and a hot sauce station; all of which was very clean and nicely put together. I decided to sit at the bar and immediately admired the organization and the variety of liquors. Each variety contained several options from low, middle, and top shelf. I was immediately given a bowl of fresh made tortilla chips and bean dip. The woman behind the bar signaled she'd be right over and promptly showed up with a glass of water and the menu. I ordered a cocktail and began looking over the menu. At first I was a touch worried, a little bewildered maybe; there were no prices on the menu, not a single one. I kept looking and became more curious. While there are several common options, burritos, fajitas, quesadillas etc., there were plenty of options that were designed by the restaurant that were unique. I settled on the chicken Forever Poblanas. Spicy grilled chicken rolled in corn tortillas smothered in molé sauce and served with guacamole salad and your choice of beans or rice. I chose rice because I presumptively judge every Mexican restaurant immediately based on the quality of the Mexican rice. So many serve that bland, dried out, flavorless rice, that you can just tell the quality of the meal right there. Not Patrón, this rice was fluffy, moist, and full of flavor. There were no lumps, or dry spots, it didn't stick to the plate. It was fresh and you could taste the ingredients. The guac salad was s"
