"Our rooms were not clean when we arrived…and it was an hour after check in time…after we were told they were clean we found food on plates and garbage in the floor…after we were told for the third time that the rooms were clean we found bed bugs in the bed!!!! So Obviously the beds were not changed from the previous people who had stayed there!!! The management was VERY VERY VERY rude to us and did NOTHING to help us and actually asked us to leave!!!!!"

"Horrible… was seated waited 25 minutes for anyone to even come to the table. That should have been the sign to leave but we ordered. Sweet tea was NOT SWEET AT ALL bitter. Burger ordered well done it was RAW!! Not pink it was raw!! Mashed potato’s where gummy crusted to the side of the bowl like they have been reheated more then a few times. Yuck! Lemon chicken was hard and the rice was way over cooked. Not good at all! Left hungry it was so bad inedible! Waste of money!!!!"

"We had a group of over 50 people and with only a few days notice, they accommodated us. They gave us a big party room and put up with us when we had 23 loud and energetic cheerleaders at one table and all their parents at a few others. We really appreciated the service and their going out of their way to help our girls have a great team night."

"We had lunch at this restaurant for the first time and ordered Jager Schnitzel. One of us ordered cheese spatzle and the other ordered ordered fresh vegetable (broccoli) with a side of potato cakes as our selected side. The Jager Schnitzel was very over done and flavorless. The spatzle and the potato cake were a disappointment and not as expected. When we received our bill, the charges differed from the menu by an increase of $2 on the Schnitzel and increase of $2 on the side of potato cakes. When questioned, the server said that the increase on the schnitzel was due to an upcharge for the broccoli and spatzle. The menu did not indicate an upcharge for the chosen sides. The server could not explain upcharge for the potato cakes. In the end the bill was discounted 15% to remove the pricing differences. The server was pleasant. However service was was slower than expected. In the end, we ate the food provided but will not be returning for a second time."

"I had a great experience at this restaurant! The service was quick, and the staff at the window were really friendly. I tried the new drink, the Sunrise or whatever it's called, which is a mix of orange and cherry flavors, and it was fantastic. I hope they keep it on the menu! As a side note, it pairs wonderfully with coconut rum."

"Very nice establishment. The decor in the restaurant was very nice with an awesome aquarium as a backdrop in the middle of the restaurant. The wait staff was nice and accommodating. While there were a few mistakes made this did not ruin the experience. Me and my husband enjoyed the food. The croissants they served before our meal were delicious with honey butter drizzled on top. We also had the Bourbon Glazed Salmon and the Cornmeal Fried White fish. Everything was good. The only thing that could have been improved was having Texas Pete instead of Tabasco and also they didn’t have anymore sweet red wine. Other than that we had a great experience I’d definitely recommend checking Cheddar’s out if you are in the area."

"Requested the Patio, we had our 5 year old grandson and the atmosphere was perfect. Server was a sweetheart! We ordered drinks, apps and dinner. Everything was delicious! My husband and daughter-in-law LOVED the shrimp fried and grilled. My son ordered Sushi- he was very happy! This was our final dinner in Dollywood! Very very happy!!"

"We both ordered Catfish. We were served fresh bread rolls, garden salad and corn-chowder. Then Catfish Filets, baked potato and a side of homemade Coleslaw. Based on the menu we thought it was expensive, but when we finished, the meal was delicious and worth every penny. And in addition, we brought both remains home!"
