"Our rooms were not clean when we arrived…and it was an hour after check in time…after we were told they were clean we found food on plates and garbage in the floor…after we were told for the third time that the rooms were clean we found bed bugs in the bed!!!! So Obviously the beds were not changed from the previous people who had stayed there!!! The management was VERY VERY VERY rude to us and did NOTHING to help us and actually asked us to leave!!!!!"

I enjoyed staying at Black Fox Lodge in Pigeon Forge for The Cherry Pit sewing retreat I attended. The rooms were very clean and nice. The staff is nice and helpful. The restaurant food is top notch. I will stay again at this beautiful hotel.
