"This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A in the country, with Brunswick being second. Regularly long lines because they won 't do tablet ordering enough, an operator that seems to be absent, constant employee turnover that I hear is because of the managers,they don 't say my pleasure. But the worst part is they constantly forget food, and drinks, and sauces, and straws, andnapkins, and it 's so common they keep a book of names, and they NEVER apologize for it, they NEVER comp you anything for theirmistakes. Their order accuracy is worse than a McDonald 's. Once this year they ran out of Chick-fil-A sauce and I couldn 't helpbut wonder if they had 8 oz bottles (and I needed 8 1-oz packets)... The operator needs to be more present, I hear themanager(s) are rude and it seems the employees have a poor morale because of it."
