"The only thing I could fault here was the service and the waitress just seemed young, inexperienced and aloof. The food was amazing (and I hate barbeque). The ribs were fall off the bone tender without being mush and just the right amount of natural smoke. The sauce wasn't great, but that's one of my least favorite things about barbeque so I'll leave it alone it's different for everyone. The signs inside the place we're cute and sparked debate at the table. The other, more frequent clientele, struck up a conversation and everyone seemed very polite and friendly (which was also the overall feeling I got from the entire city of Selma, not sure if this is considered Selma, but that's the closest city I could think of). Overall, not a terrible dining experience. The one thing that REALLY bugs me is that because the waitress was not mediocre, she didn't try to upsell desert and I completely forgot about the tantalizing sounding caramelized banana pudding! I wanted to try that so bad!"
