"Analog is a great little coffee shop in the heart of Sister Bay, WI. They offer three delicious vegan bakery items. A banana chocolate chip muffin, gingerbread scone, and 4 different flavors of bagels. The bagels typically come with butter or cream cheese but you can ask for peanut butter as a substitute. The muffins and scones are also gluten free! They always have one vegan flavor of ice cream/Italian ice. The Italian ice flavors they rotate are raspberry lemon, lemon, and carrot mango. They have also had soy ice creams available. The two I've had were raspberry nebula soy and espresso oreo soy. Both delicious. They also offer two dairy alternatives; oat milk and almond milk. Both are also gluten free. Most of their syrup flavors for coffee drinks are also vegan! The only ones that are NOT vegan are: white chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, pumpkin syrup, and sugar free hazelnut syrup. Their dark chocolate is vegan for mochas! yum. Highly recommend!"
