"The Gaetano 's in Spring Valley (open some weekdays for lunch) and the Gaetano 's in Lakeside (open for dinner only) are owned by brothers. I took myself out at noon today for lunch. I asked the hostess if I had to follow the menu exactly, and she replied, Each item can be served like you want it to be! What a treat! So, I ordered the fettuccine with marinara sauce, both garlic bread dinner bread, a salad w blue cheese dressing (on the side), 1 meatball, 1 sausage, a glass of red wine, and spumoni! I wanted to taste different things, being a first-time customer, but this was too much to eat quickly. The hostess bagged the leftovers for me, but I ate all of the spumoni! If you want to be treated like family when dining alone or with guests, this is the place for you! The food was delicious, and the restroom was very clean! I will definitely return!"

"we took our family here to breakfast, we sat in one and we sat there for 17 minutes, after all my spouse rose up and went to the theke to tell them we waited here while they were all standing there telephones with a good ole time. the server finally came by. When she came by, she had the worst job, probably because we stopped her from seeing the video she was watching. we ordered our food, everything was in order, shortly after we order our food that she returns to tell us that they only have "1 cookies left" and they have not done anymore. So toast had to be replaced by the cookie that was simply not the same. but they know how to calculate the same amount. Much smaller than any previous time we were there. very disappointed, definitely would not recommend."

"We have heard great things about this place, but our experience was not what we have heard. We went on a Saturday night at 6:00, and all the employees looked at us, but nobody greeted us. We stood in front of the front door for a few minutes and then stopped a bartender and ask if we sit down. Yes, wherever you like, she answered. A table had a reserved sign, a table was dirty, and 2 tables had only one person sitting alone on a 6 above. The rest was full. We waited around, the waiting staff didn't clean the table and told us nothing more. So we went out and they lost the service for incessant employees."

"The taste is good but highly overpriced. Do not order online or through Uber eats, not because the service is bad but your better off picking up a carry out special. It?s literally the same pizza and you?ll save $20. This place doesn?t provideoriginal crust on all pizzas either. These people are just using the name basically. Recipes are good but not worth it anymore.A note to the owners: At least change the crust back to the original and use that for your regular price menu items. I amlooking at a $5 pizza right now and I paid $25. Not good!!"

"I am going to try my best to put how I feel about this restaurant into words. I grew up a block away from this place, and every Sunday after church I would go with my family. It's one of those spots where you could order the same thing each time and NEVER get tired. Located in a corner of a plaza across the street from Walgreens in Spring Valley, this spot is conveniently located in the center of the city. The Biztec Tapatio is great if you like a little spicy kick, the ceviche when you're craving something fresh, and the fish. I'm getting hungry just typing it out. Now the service... you can TELL that the family has poured so much of their love and effort into this restaurant. LOVE THIS PLACE, highly recommend if you are looking for AUTHENTIC Mexican food"

"My husband and I visited last night, and the shift leader, Evan I believe, was incredibly friendly and cheerful. He took our order and served us with a smile. Despite the restaurant being busy and him being the only staff member visible at the front, he managed everything efficiently and remained very polite. Our food was served quickly, despite the rush. It's clear that he knows what he's doing; we could hear him directing the chefs on our orders, including one of our burgers that had special requests. We've been coming here for a year, and I've noticed significant improvements, especially over the past week. Promoting Evan to shift leader was a fantastic choice—he truly deserves it!"

"Update 03/19/2022 We went for the second time for a take-out online order, I loved the small stickers they put on each box, so we know what?s within each box! The food was as good as the first time and they came fast, but the grain bread was placed in a pepper bag and some of them were crushed? We went after a picnic, so I asked for more napkins, but the staff told me that they already put some napkins in our pocket, so I didn't get any extra napkins, but it turned out there were only 2 napkins in our pocket? We loved this place!!! The parking lot was initially somewhat confusing, but the staff was really cool and told us that in the 15 minutes pickup area and the back of the restaurant too, although it was Tow Zone signer on the wall? We spend about $15-20 per person in this place and we were blown away from their customer service!! We ordered from our phones, there was a QR code on each table, it is really easy to use and convenient, the staff was really cool and friendly, they always have to check on us and make sure we are satisfied with our visit! We have our drinks immediately after we have sent our order! The food came fast and our favorite was the rib tips! It was so delicate, tasteful and moist, the wedding beans were another highlight, they even a little pig in the beans!! We added an additional dollar for the onion rings, it is worth the price!! Really crispy and I would say it was a pretty good size! The pulled pork sandwich was a little dry for us, but we have solved that after we put their amazing sauce and wedding beans into our sandwich!! They offered us lemons fragrance towels that I thought was really thoughtful!! The whole restaurant was really relaxing and we loved all the music they played there! Great service, good food, we definitely go back!"
