"The Mother's Day buffet at this restaurant was a complete disappointment. Not only was the food subpar, but the prices were also not as advertised. I ended up paying $18.00 for each of my two daughters, who are both 10 years old and under, making the total for our family of 5 a whopping $90.00. The buffet ran out of ham, the food was cold and stale, and the desserts were lackluster for the price. To add to that, the person at the register spilled water on our table and never bothered to clean it up. There were unsupervised children at the soda station, coughing and filling up their drinks. When I tried to voice my concerns to the staff, I was met with dismissive and rude responses. The manager even passed me off to a waitress who was unprofessional and impatient. Overall, this was the worst dining experience I have ever had in terms of both food quality and customer service."
