"This is a covid 19 takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. This was outstanding. It started with the unbelievably bubbly and cheerful greeting I received upon entering from Joie. The conversation stayed really positive and full of energy. I had the beef Stew, chicken parm, and chocolate mousse. The beef Stew was loaded with chunks of beef and overflowing with flavor. The chicken parm was beautifully cooked, tender, and very flavorful. The mousse was just the crowning touch on a great meal. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 9.2"

"The restaurant itself is beautiful. The piano player there was great. Thought I had submitted a review prior, but doesn't look like it went through. Had made reservations well in advance and ended up in the far back corner and couldn't change that. Menu was outstanding. Drinks were delicious and food was presented well and very hot. Service was slow, however. Appeared to be fully staffed and saw the waitress of the table next to us often compared to ours. Would have ordered wine with dinner but never had the chance. Would recommend for a special occassion and come here again."

"Most people will be satisfied and are likely to return. This is a predictable and popular breakfast spot. Be prepared to wait for a table on weekends. The service is friendly and super speedy, too much so for my capabilities. I felt very pressured to eat, pay and leave. There are no surprises. They offer plenty of egg specials, served with home fries and toast. I’m bored just thinking about the generic maple flavored syrup. There are also basic lunch options, such as sandwiches, later in the morning. Portions are adequate, though not huge. My sandwich was light on the meat and cheese, heavy on the lettuce and tomato. The good news is they are open seven days a week and the food doesn’t sit. It’s freshly prepared. The restaurant is very clean. It is accessible, with the exception of a small front room. There is plenty of parking."

"I live in East killingly I can't find good pizza I have a good pizza here but I'm always trying to find something different I was out shopping figured I'd give this a try great pizza 61 years old had a lot of different pizzas crust is light and airy sauces great not acidy atmosphere in the restaurant was very nice gentlemen was very courteous so was the lady great place definitely be going back to try other food spot on with the pizza very in the area must try won't be disappointed"

"Typical roadside stand, which has either food or ice cream. Best way to describe the place is hit or miss. Food: mostly fried fare, nothing special. Nothing stands out. We once took our dog there and while we had ice cream, I ordered a Hamburger without the bun for her. It was pricey, considering it was nothing special but a pre fab low quality patty. I ordered it without the bun didn 't expect a price break) but the $4 they charged was terrible. Hate to say it but McD 's basic burger is better and cheaper. Ice cream: good quality ice cream, but the quantity for each size depends on the server. Once we ordered a medium size cone, and it contained the same amount as a kiddie cone. Asked about it and server teenage kid) said that 's normal. I asked to speak to manager and then he put another scoop on it. Problem is they have high school kids working and nobody is really supervising them. Because of this hit or miss thing they have, we hardly go there anymore. We only go if it 's not busy, because this place isn 't worth the wait! I believe, that because this place has been around for over half a century, and people go there just because of that and the name!"
