"My wife and I tried Mian Bistro tonight for the first time. Let me just say: y'all don't know how good you have it here in Abilene! After living in such a big city (Phoenix) over the past few years, you would think that I would have found at least one decent Asian food restaurant while I was there. And trust me, I searched high and low! Nothing in Phoenix compares to the fresh delicious meal we had tonight. We tied the sesame chicken, orange chicken, spicy noodle soup, lo mein, and pot stickers. Yes, our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. Everything was amazing! The flavors were so on point! Nothing had that overly salty or overly sweet issue that you often run into at lower quality Asian places. The soup was spicy, but not just spicy to be spicy; it actually had great flavor as well. The pot stickers were definitely made in house and not frozen, which is always great to see. My personal favorite was the sesame chicken, but the orange chicken was definitely a close 2nd. Everything just tasted like a good home cooked meal that was made with love. I thought moving to a city the size of Abilene meant Panda Express would be the best I could find, but I'm very glad that's not the case! 10/10. We are for sure new regulars!"
