"Lobster tails was extremely over cooked to a rubbery state. Seafood dinner was ALL deep fried with a heavy coating of fried greasy batter on everything, despite some of the items on the dish listed as broiled. Portions were huge, but truthfully, better quality would have been far better than all of the Greasy coatings. As for service, there were 9 of us. We were seated, in a virtually empty restaurant, very close to the kitchen. Hovering wait staff and dish carts being wheeled past us, jumping over a carpet-to-tile transition in the floor amplified the clatter of dishes at every pass. And yes, LOTS of passes! Our waitress brought everything out quickly, and then service virtually ceased. Drink orders delayed for 10 minutes while half the glasses at our table were empty. A ketchup request never fulfilled, until, after the second request, we found a bottle ourselves on an adjacent table. I've read the great reviews, and I REALLY wanted to like it here. And my other reviews will demonstrate that I'm not a Debby Downer! They simply dropped the ball on this visit. I won't be going back any time soon."
