Post golf bar meal at the Pub in Pennsauken. It's going to be closing for renovations until fall. Worth checking out for an old-school steakhouse experience. Salad bar, bread, Prime 20 oz Porterhouse and twice baked potato. Killer Manhattan.

We were down for a concert staying in the area found The Pub on line and were looking forward to it. It happened to be Father’s Day weekend a Friday night we knew the place was pricey but we didn’t expect the gouging pricing (subjected to a Father’s Day menu). Our server bought bread over we started cutting the bread serving on the dishes that had been stacked on table before we were seated and found mold on the lower plates. The food over all was good, salad bar great, twice baked potato nothing to write home about.

Lobster tails was extremely over cooked to a rubbery state. Seafood dinner was ALL deep fried with a heavy coating of fried greasy batter on everything, despite some of the items on the dish listed as broiled. Portions were huge, but truthfully, better quality would have been far better than all of the Greasy coatings. As for service, there were 9 of us. We were seated, in a virtually empty restaurant, very close to the kitchen. Hovering wait staff and dish carts being wheeled past us, jumping over a carpet-to-tile transition in the floor amplified the clatter of dishes at every pass. And yes, LOTS of passes! Our waitress brought everything out quickly, and then service virtually ceased. Dri...
