"Let me tell you about the wait. Not to say anything about the malasadas those were solid. But being open 3 days a week has its drawbacks. Here 's one of them: I went on a Friday at 1:30pm. I had heard there were long lines, but being a weekday and not during the opening rush, I had hoped the line wouldn 't be TOO long. I was right. The line wasn 't long at all. Because there was NO line. Because they were closed. Sold out , the sign read, silently taunting me for driving all the way out there only to be turned back. Determined, I came back the next day for my revenge. On a Saturday at 12, I expected there to be a very, very long line. I was right. Not only did I have to wait at least 50 minutes in line, they were sold out of all malasadas except for plain and chocolate by the time I got to the front. By my expert deduction, I concluded those were the 2 least popular flavors. And while my love of Nutella still allowed me to enjoy the chocolate hazelnut malasada, I had taken 2 trips out there and come away with little. As of the time of this review, I have yet to try the strawberry cheesecake one which is what I originally went for. But since I can 't get out there at opening time if the price to pay is being potentially turned back, or waiting in line only to run out again then I may just have to live vicariously through other Yelp reviewers who 've tried the other flavors. And again, this is just a knock on the system and the logistics of it all. The fact that they sell out so incredibly quickly speaks to the quality of the desserts. But undeterred and undaunted, I 'll be back to try the rest. Maybe when the lines die down in a year or so."
