"An expensive mistake: I?m giving one star only because you can?t do negative 5 stars (you got to change this Goggle . I will start that our waiter was wonderful- avoidance at times but great, I feel sorry for him having to work here. The beans were diluted, bland and mush- definitely not fresh. I ordered the Carne Asada, as you know it?s thin steak, it was over cooked, no seasoning- bland. And both our food came to us cold- we waited 40 min for our meal. The rice was so horrible we could not even eat it- no where resembled or tasted like Spanish rice. We ordered margaritas with the Corona in it, the first batch tasted like water, the second attempt they just added margarita mix and was horrible x2 and they both are weak. The salsa is water down, there?s next to no chunkiness to it or flavor o rheat. There is not enough space here to begin to write about my wife?s horrible food. How in the world did this place get the ratings it has?, I have no idea. I come from a Hispanic background and this place/food is just horrific. I spent over $50+ for horrible food. AND, they CHARGE a FEE to use ANY cards(? El Loro is the worst food and restaurant I?ve ever been to, period!"
