"I stopped in to check out Charlie Litsa 's South Main Cafe after seeing the reviews on Yelp. First off as others have stated it is very small inside. There is a traditional counter to sit at and maybe 4 5 tables along the front wall. Outside there is very little parking. Access to the restrooms is out back and outside. A key is needed from them to access the restrooms. Inside the Men 's restroom is tiny. I had to wait a bit to find a place to park. Upon entering, I sat at the counter and came face to face with Charlie a very nice man who greeted me. There was a paper menu on the counter which I reviewed and Charlie made sure I saw the white board with the day 's listed specials. I ordered a biscuit with sausage gravy, two eggs over easy, and corned beef hash, and breakfast potatoes. Plus a glass of water. Food came up in about 10 minutes. I tasted the sausage gravy first. It was rather bland. I added black pepper and hot sauce to the gravy so that it had some flavor. Eggs were cooked perfectly; the corned beef hash was the canned variety, but slightly crisped up; the breakfast potatoes needed some salt and some char. Listening to Charlie carry on with the customers is entertaining. One elderly patron came in and was talking with Charlie and proceeded to proclaim he was older than Charlie and therefore had seniority Charlie asked him how old he was the gentleman said: 83. Charlie proceeded to tell the guy that he was 85 and therefore had him. Me and another customer sitting at the counter burst out laughing as we witnessed this exchange. Service was good. Cash only. #CharlieAndLitsasSouthMainCafe"

"This place has a unique theme, and I loved it! It's a coffee shop within a bike store, which is different but really cool. After spending about 3 hours here working and eating, I believe I can give a thorough review.Service:Shout out to Karen (I hope I got your name right)!!! When I arrived, she greeted me with a friendly smile. After finding out it was my first time here, she explained the menu to me from drinks to food. This was greatly appreciated since I didn't know what I wanted. She brought my scone to the table warmed up, which was so good and paired perfectly with my Mexican latte. Once I was finished, she immediately picked up my dishes and offered me a glass of water. Since business was kind of slow, I got to talk to her and if you happen to read this Karen it was really nice meeting you. I appreciate the recommendations, and I applaud you for such excellent service!Food Pricing:Now, to be honest, this establishment isn't cheap, but it's not so expensive that you'll break the bank. Plus in my opinion it's totally worth it. That sandwich I had was soooo good, the cheese was so melty and the bread was just perfection (Croque Monsieur). The latte and pastries were delicious as well, but I'll never forget that amazing sandwich.Overall, no place has perfect reviews, but I recommend giving this place a taste. You won't regret it and depending on the time you go they may be busy, but patience is key people."
