"We drove 45 minutes on a Friday night to our first food reserve at Hudson's and we can't wait to go back. We were a party of 7 and received excellent service from Jorge as soon as we sat. Wine, beer, martinis and margaritas were ordered and delivered quickly, and baskets of hot, freshly baked popovers with strawberry butter were served. These were such a hit that everyone on the table immediately placed additional orders home. Our appetizers included oysters, Calamari, lobsters and shrimp bisque, and the bacon plate with garlic butter I have never tried to be before and wound up one of my new favorite apps. Everything was fresh and full of taste. Our main courses included twin-locked tails, ribeye steak, veal, baby back ribs, chicken rollatini, beet salad with shrimp and salad with sea red tuna. Again, everything was ready for perfection and was one of the best meals we had in a while. Just when we thought there was no room for dessert, we decided on the chocolate lava cake, cinnamon tortilla with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce and cheesecake. While they were all delicious, the super creamy cheesecake was the star of the Dessert Show for me. Try it now! The new owners are friendly, attentive and welcome all feedback.
