"What a fabulous diner! You walk in to be greeted by a charming statue of a roller derby queen. Walk up an incline to a table with napkins and hand sanitizer with a basket for the napkins. Everything immediately looks immaculate. You are politely greeted by a gentleman who lead me exactly where I wanted to be seated. Ashley, a very sweet and attentive server, took my order. The portions were delicious and huge. The photo doesn’t show the chicken orzo soup, but it was also delicious. I didn’t know the quiche would be coming with all that fruit which by itself would cost more than 50% of the entire combination meal. I certainly hope this place is doing well and will continue for many years because they absolutely give more than your money’s worth. Did I say that the food was delicious, huge portions and that the service was perfect? They’re even playing my music. Just go."

"Tso'e Asian Cuisine is definitely one of my favorite places to get food. The owners are very nice and are always willing to modify a dish if needed. My wife has a pretty severe gluten allergy and they are always able to help us find something gluten free on their menu or modify something to suit my wife's diet. They are also aways so cheerful and a pleasure to see. I highly recommend checking them out!"

"I hosted a small family brunch in celebration of an upcoming new baby. Everything was perfect. Our food was delicious, the service was great. The staff was so kind and accommodating. We were not rushed and we were able to enjoy a lovely Sunday afternoon. Everyone was raving about Sotanos. Highly recommend you check them out."

"Today we tried pizza for the first time and it was delicious! The crust was crispy and tasty, the cheese and toppings were fresh and delicious. The calzone was also great, and the house-made marinara was excellent. As an Italian, I can say it was very good. We have tried almost all the local pizzas in and around Fishkill, and I think we have found our new favorite spot. What a pleasant surprise!"

"On February 18 I was traveling and stoped at this restaurant for a dinner. My bill was $35.57 (after taxes). I wrote $7.00 as a tip (more than 20% before taxes). When I was walking to my car, I received 2 notifications from my credit card: one for $35.57, the second one for 12.00 (both charged by Red Line). I walked back to the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. The gentleman to whom I asked said he was the manager. I explained what happened, asking him to correct the amount 12 to 7). He said I should wait a couple of days because they do a pre-authorization and later on they adjust according to the tip the customer writes in the bill. After many days I checked in my credit card statement, it now shows only one payment to Red Line of $47.57, which is the result of 35.57 12. I had to contest it to my bank. I'm VERY UPSET with this restaurant (obviously the amount is small, but that is not how restaurants should treat customers regarding adjustments done on bills tips)."
