"Service was excellent. The workers were very friendly. The actual food was surprisingly bad. The brisket was incredibly dry and had no flavor. The ‘extra hot’ barbecue sauce had no spiciness. My six year old who can’t tolerate heat even noted how sweet and sugary the “hot” barbecue sauce was. The Mac and cheese tasted like Wawa gas station mac. Even the French fries were poorly cooked. Overall, very disappointing. You’re better off with a frozen meal."

"Food is great! The young ladies who deliver the food at night are sweet and friendly. There is one lady who is extremely rude and impatient. She answers the phone hateful, talks hateful, and is just plain rude. Maybe she could just lighten up a bit and try not being so angry all the time."

"Very good food! Really the only complaint I have is that sometimes the place gets so busy and with only few staff members, the service time can get pretty lengthy. The overall atmosphere is great and really follows a Mexican country type of theme. It's near several towns in the East Tennessee country. Perfect for stopping in the middle of a road trip!Vegetarian options: Plenty of perfect vegetarian options! Highly recommend the vegetarian fajitas."

"The only real Italian place around. The staff is always great and remains on filling orders and refills. Great menu selection that everyone can find something they like. Eating is always top notch and is the same every time. If you make a big group conversation before and a reservation. We usually try to book the rear terrace area, which is more private for a large group."
