"Very good food! Really the only complaint I have is that sometimes the place gets so busy and with only few staff members, the service time can get pretty lengthy. The overall atmosphere is great and really follows a Mexican country type of theme. It's near several towns in the East Tennessee country. This is a great place for dining. Although it was very busy the last time I was there it was very empty last night. The service is very good and it is very nice place. Food is excellent.

Ordered vegetarian chalupa (with bean and cheese and enchilada)Chalupa was literally just beans and cheese on a tostada.. it said it came with lettuce and guacamole but it didn’t. My plate was literally just beans and cheese with a tostada shell and a tortilla… 9$ for beans and cheese…

"Beautiful sandwich shop in Cumberland Gap. I had the Roast Beef Melt, which was delicious and the woman enjoyed the Chicken Salad on a croissant it was also delicious!! You have furnished many tables and chairs along the Gap Creek for dinner!"

"Service was excellent. The workers were very friendly. The actual food was surprisingly bad. The brisket was incredibly dry and had no flavor. The ‘extra hot’ barbecue sauce had no spiciness. My six year old who can’t tolerate heat even noted how sweet and sugary the “hot” barbecue sauce was. The Mac and cheese tasted like Wawa gas station mac. Even the French fries were poorly cooked. Overall, very disappointing. You’re better off with a frozen meal."

"Trinity with the big belt buckle was the absolute worst bartender I’ve ever interacted with. She literally seemed as if she was mad to even be here. Tried to lighten up her mood and that seemed to maker even more mad. I travel for a living and she seemed to hate everything about life and brought the whole atmosphere down at the whole bar. I would never go back. She is absolutely the worst ever! Then, a waitress was outback on a smoke break with some guys, I asked a question to some people on the deck and she was belligerent and yelling. I think she was on drugs, because there was no need for that behavior. I’d never go back to this place or this town."

"Food is great! The young ladies who deliver the food at night are sweet and friendly. There is one lady who is extremely rude and impatient. She answers the phone hateful, talks hateful, and is just plain rude. Maybe she could just lighten up a bit and try not being so angry all the time."

"The only real Italian place around. The staff is always great and remains on filling orders and refills. Great menu selection that everyone can find something they like. Eating is always top notch and is the same every time. If you make a big group conversation before and a reservation. We usually try to book the rear terrace area, which is more private for a large group."
