"I am not sure who recently bought this location, but the customer service is not Mooresvillian. The Family Friendly Shomars I know wouldnt ask me to verify a receipt through TEXT MESSAGE. I did but what in the world? Where is the customer service!? I was over charged for my regular meal and told “it’s just their prices” but it’s not. I have never been talked to this way at Showmars. I was so patient and on the phone for 8minutes, just for them to get my order pulled up. Then nothing was resolved and the call disconnected with no resolve. Try the next location for better service."

"Wonderful riverfront pub, good and serene atmosphere for both day and night fun. Good environment to bring kids too. Nice dishes to select from, for both walk in and dine in activities with varied drinks ranging from liquor to fruit juices"

"I have been frequenting Burrito Loco for about 5 years. Lately almost a lot of the items are shrinking in size. $3.75 for a super small size of cheese dip! It was double the size about 6 months ago the container has shrunk but the price remains the same. This is WHY eating out is a rare thing for our home now. Ordered Cali Fries, a Pesca burrito, 2 drinks and a cheese dip= $30. Outrageous. Rather go to a restaurant style not a cantina style and get more food for the same amount of money."
