"I am not sure who recently bought this location, but the customer service is not Mooresvillian. The Family Friendly Shomars I know wouldnt ask me to verify a receipt through TEXT MESSAGE. I did but what in the world? Where is the customer service!? I was over charged for my regular meal and told “it’s just their prices” but it’s not. I have never been talked to this way at Showmars. I was so patient and on the phone for 8minutes, just for them to get my order pulled up. Then nothing was resolved and the call disconnected with no resolve. Try the next location for better service."

Great place to eat. And, they have Cheerwine which I love. Had the fish today (7/23/24) and it was delicious.

Pleastly surprised with the quality of food, and how good ot tastes. The staff is very pleasant and even checks on you when you dine in!

First time ever eating at Showmars. Was unsure how to redeem my $5 reward. They were very professional and delightful to deal with. They showed me everything on the app and suggested different dishes. I ordered my food to go. By the time I got home it was a half hour due to traffic so my sandwich was a little soggy. Not their fault. The fish sandwich tasted good and the Mac n cheese was also good. I just wish I ate in the restaurant. Very pleased first experience. Will definitely be back.
