"I'm a huge Dunkin' fan, and I frequent the Menomonie location often. There’s an employee there who really stands out—his name is Jack. He’s a younger guy with longer hair, and if he’s not in management yet, he definitely should be or at least deserves several raises. I visit at all hours, and honestly, it’s a major letdown when he’s not working. He makes every drink perfectly, and his customer service is outstanding. He’s incredibly kind and friendly, which is more than I can say for some of the other staff I’ve encountered. Jack is a fantastic employee, and even though I don’t usually write reviews, I felt compelled to share my thoughts. If I were in charge, I would do everything possible to keep him. He’d make a great trainer for others!"
