If he's not management, he should be serious or if he deserves SEVERAL raises. I come to all hours, and it's SERIOUSLY a way for me if he doesn't work. He makes every drink PERFECTLY and his customer service is on the point. He's so kind and nice, that's more than I can say about some of the galls I've met. He's a fantastic employee, I never leave reviews, but it didn't feel wrong. If I were you, I would do what it takes to keep him, honestly, he should train others."
