"I'm a health care provider that has to travel for work and needed a place to sit and have some breakfast while I work on the computer this morning around 745 AM after working and being on the road for 3 hours at this time. Looked on Google to see the hours of this Panera stated it was open. Got to the building and the hours on the door also stated that this is open during the week at 7 AM, but the doors were locked. There was an employee at the cash register, I waved to her in signal to say, Are you not open She waved back in signal to say that they were not open. She was busy and did not have the time to come to the door to speak with me. I went back to my vehicle and called to ask what time they were open. The staff member said they open at 11 AM today. Confused as to why google and the doors outside the building state 7AM. No big deal, I understand there is a staffing shortage with jobs EVERYWHERE. I found a Dunkin Donuts I could drive to and work at instead. My real issues was this -Upon leaving the parking lot I noticed a man outside of the building looking in from the outside . I wondered if he was another customer who did not know that they were closed this morning, so I drove by and told him that I was just informed they weren't open until 11AM. This rude, disheveled person turned around and yelled at me, IM WORKING!!!!! I was absolutely beside myself to know that an employee would do that. This person did not look like an employee, that is why I tried to be nice and let them know the information I just received. I am absolutely BESIDE MYSELF with the interactions of this Panera Bread. I have never had this experience with any café/restaurant employee before, but I can promise you I will not be back at this location.Words of advice for Panera update your hours so you don't have people like me looking for somewhere to go, and also, maybe speak to your employees on having a little bit more customer service."

"My friend and I found this hidden little jewel on the bucket while we live in RI and we were absolutely blown away by the food!! It is 100% authentic Cuban food and it will not be better than this!! I felt like I was in my mom's kitchen. The Cuban sandwich was dinner and made the real, old-fashioned way and the ropa vieja was excellent... actually everything we had was great!! I love the fact that there are family owners and sisters lead it and cook in the kitchen. It is very important to support these small businesses to keep them for many years!!! Cheers to Havana Cafe and the ladies who run it!!!! GRACIAS!"

"We went out with my partner's mother for a nice dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We had a wonderful meal with an excellent bottle of wine. We experienced a bolognese, a shrimp and pasta dish, and a scallop dish. They were all wonderfully made and tasted delicious. The service was comforting and attentive. The staff was so friendly. We live around the corner and will definitely be back!"

"When I visited this restaurant on June 19th, which was a Sunday, we were served by a waitress who was rather unprofessional, with a noticeable tattoo on her neck that was off-putting. The service we received was subpar, prompting us to request a different waiter to rectify mistakes made with our order. The lack of attention to detail from our original waitress resulted in a disappointing dining experience. It was clear that the standards of service at this establishment were not up to par, even in the midst of a pandemic. I would hesitate to recommend this restaurant to family and friends due to the lack of professionalism and care exhibited by the staff."

"We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The host couldn't seat us right away because the menus were missing, even though the restaurant was only half full. Eventually, we were seated at a dirty table with food on the floor. When we asked the host if we could move, he said he would come back after seating another party, but he never returned. Fortunately, a very nice server came by and agreed to move us to a clean table. She took care of the mess before seating us. We found that the prices for mixed drinks were not displayed, and the server was unaware of them. I decided to try the Best Fridays Margarita, which was disappointing and overpriced. The starters we ordered, the pretzels and whisky glazed chicken strips, were mediocre at best. The sauce was rough, and the chicken strips were soggy and sparse. Overall, it was a terrible experience and we won't be returning. The only positive part of our visit was the excellent server."

"The service from beginning to end was top notch. We ordered three different plates to share and take home the rest for meals for the weekend. We got Chicken with Broccoli, , Shrimp with Lobster Sauce, and Pork Egg Foo Yung with the gravy on it. I only had a few bites of everything. Again, due to Weight Loss Surgery, I do not have a big appetite but the waitress never questioned me and even helped me put my food in the to go boxes after. She asked us if we wanted Rice or Noodles and we declined due to our strict diet. She didn't ask why or try to upsell us anything. The food came out nice and hot and fresh. The Shrimp with Lobster Sauce is the best I've ever had omg. Well worth the money. I highly recommend it. The dining room is cute and all fancy, but they also have a lounge area. Where I guess you can drink, eat, and gamble. But we are not that type. We don't drink. So dining room was just fine for us. Writing this makes me think of that shrimp again ugh I want some now Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Absolutely the most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with. After ordering from door dash, the only thing that arrived from my $40 order was a side ice cream and a water. After asking the driver and him showing us he had nothing else we called the store. We were sworn at, called vile names and hung up on. Disgusting behavior. After calling back and asking for the manager, we were met with the exact same reaction. I will NEVER do business with this cooperation again."

"I've been doing business with these guys for over 12 years. My first encounter with them has accidentally overloaded my card by $60. Before I could even address it, they were in my house with cash to reimburse me for the mistake. Since then I have fed my family La Strada for an average of every other week. They liked 30 pizzas for my work. They are always very pleasant. And fix any error that can happen immediately. They have seen my children grow up, they always ask for them. We sent them a Christmas card a year and they had it for like 3 years on the display, I love this place. They are very family oriented and take care of what their customers think. Not to mention the best pizza! Highly recommended — Mother of 3, Woman of Underless Man!"

"I order food from here every weekend and it never disappoints. Today I ordered breakfast and did not answer my phone when they called because they didn't have one of the bagels I ordered. They wrote a cute little note in the bag explaining they did not have it and they gave me an everything bagel instead. They also gave me extra cream cheese which is amazing! I went with my daughter tonight she has special needs) and Ryan the manager only greeted us with open arms, he actually greeted us back he reminded us to make us feel good). Ryan went on to ask what my daughter likes to eat and we mentioned that she could only eat pure items and he offered to clean what she wanted., what do you do. "We were informed that we were not allowed to be served alcohol on Sun until 12pm, per the manager. Yet the manager was speaking with two of his friends at the bar. One with a beer and one with a mixed drink!!! Funny how the rules are only for some people! Rules for thee and not for me, or my friends!!!Needless to say,.. we ordered med rare on both our steak and burger, both were WELL done, so much do that the bottom of my burger had hardened black char on it. They were soooo generous to comp ONE whole meal!One of the worst restaurant experiences of my life, TRUTH!! Dine here at your own risk, and if you truly want to throw your money away."

"my friend and I have fallen a few months ago at this place for lunch. we sat in one standing and it was very spacious. we ordered the root bear glazed ribs, large white pizza and the Mediterranean chicken-pita tacos. the root beer glazed ribs were babyback pork ribs with a root beer glazing. it came with a side of sriracha cole Slav. it was very delicious. the large white pizza came with grilled chicken, mushrooms, garlic, parmesan cheese and tomato in a Alfredo sauce. the pizza came a little cold, but it was still delicious. the Mediterranean chicken-pita-tacos came in two. the grilled pita came with grilled chicken, tomato, gurken, red tweepers, feta cheese and Greek yogurt. it also came with a side of quinoa. the sandwich tasted good, but I wish it was served hot or even warm. Overall, eating was very good, but I wish some of the items were not served cold."
