"We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The host couldn't seat us right away because the menus were missing, even though the restaurant was only half full. Reservation was a waste of time arrive 10 min prior to reservation time and waited almost an hour to be seated with no one else waiting. Service was horrible even thought there was a lot of empty tables. Will not be back

the big ribs. not the same taste as the jack daniels ripen. was disappointed. wife had burger. perfectly cooked. I couldn't log into my tgif Rewards account that made me angry because I had points for free eating. waitress said there was no possibility to see my account information in the house. cost me $40 when I planned for free. grrr. I'll go back. tgif is excellent.

ordered the filet, medium rare and was first served well medium, it should be 8 ounces, not sure it was 5 ounces. that has reserved it now, it was rare, I kept it, but was clearly a bad quality. the manager who served it agreed that they are not a good acteur. I was surprised he admitted it. the other two meal times were ok. my mother had a coke that took off the color, I tasted it was a really watered koks, not sure it worked properly. not sure I would return. No one offered anything from the bill.

"I visited this restaurant to have drinks at the bar with someone special. The bartender Tim was full of charisma and really made our experience enjoyable. It's hard to find such exceptional service elsewhere. The drinks were expertly crafted, and Tim even recommended a special drink for my girlfriend that she loved. Some other patrons who were having dinner recommended the place to us, and Tim surprised them with a reward card they didn't know about. He also offered us some delicious fresh bread, which was fantastic. We also tried the meatball crostini, which was very tasty. We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you, Tim!"

"I'm a health care provider that has to travel for work and needed a place to sit and have some breakfast while I work on the computer this morning around 745 AM after working and being on the road for 3 hours at this time. Looked on Google to see the hours of this Panera stated it was open. Got to the building and the hours on the door also stated that this is open during the week at 7 AM, but the doors were locked. There was an employee at the cash register, I waved to her in signal to say, Are you not open She waved back in signal to say that they were not open. She was busy and did not have the time to come to the door to speak with me. I went back to my vehicle and called to ask what time they were open. The staff member said they open at 11 AM today. Confused as to why google and the doors outside the building state 7AM. No big deal, I understand there is a staffing shortage with jobs EVERYWHERE. I found a Dunkin Donuts I could drive to and work at instead. My real issues was this -Upon leaving the parking lot I noticed a man outside of the building looking in from the outside . I wondered if he was another customer who did not know that they were closed this morning, so I drove by and told him that I was just informed they weren't open until 11AM. This rude, disheveled person turned around and yelled at me, IM WORKING!!!!! I was absolutely beside myself to know that an employee would do that. This person did not look like an employee, that is why I tried to be nice and let them know the information I just received. I am absolutely BESIDE MYSELF with the interactions of this Panera Bread. I have never had this experience with any café/restaurant employee before, but I can promise you I will not be back at this location.Words of advice for Panera update your hours so you don't have people like me looking for somewhere to go, and also, maybe speak to your employees on having a little bit more customer service."

"I told them I had a code for a free Mc chicken. I gave them the code, then waited 10 minutes in line. they asked me for money. I explained I use this code and she said the code was just for rewards. I asked, why did it take 1500 points away? she had no answer and only expected that I redeem her money in addition to the points. for luck I could cancel the order and use the code at another location. but wasted my time."

"This is a take-out review. All the food was eaten immediately in the car. I ordered the animal sandwich, French fries, and coleslaw. The sandwich was very delicious with a great flavor. The fries were also excellent, very crispy on the outside with a tasty seasoning. The sandwich was very well-made with thin slices of tasty meat. I would rate this meal an 8.6 out of 10."
