"Great restaurant and food. If you want chips and salsa before eating, make sure you ask for it. The waiter will not offer it or bring it to your table unless you ask. In addition, the chips and salsa are free, so no fee. I especially enjoyed the chickens and waffles I ordered today and had to take the rest home. The burgers my children ordered were very large and they had to eat half of them and take the rest home. We waited about 10 minutes for a Sunday afternoon for a family of 6. We didn't wait too long to get our food after the order."

"I normaly go to the firewheel pkwy location but I was so tired of 30-45min wait times in the drive through and then deal with below average to just down right rude customer service. Today at 8:20pm 5/28 I decided to drive just a bit farther to go to this location and I will absolutely be coming back here every time from now on. The wait wasn't to bad 4 cars infront of me took about 10-15 min from ordering to driving away. The customer service was 120% I was acknowledged emidiatly they said hello and asked if I could wait a moment. I do not mind waiting at all if I'm at least asked otherwise I feel ignored and left wondering if anyone even knows if I'm here. The guy on the speaker was so friendly, polite and upbeat it put me in a great mood. When I got to the window I received my food quickly, I realized that I had forgotten to ask for ketchup for my fries. When I tapped on the window and asked he said he already added them to my bag. And yes he had! At the other location it's a 60% chance if I get BBQ sauce for my nuggets or ketchup for my fries even when asking during my order. So having it w.o asking was such a breath of fresh air. When I got home everything was correct all my requests had been followed (no tomato) thank you to the cooks I think that has only been carried through twice at the other location. And all the food was still hot the other location I'm lucky if it's still lukewarm. Wataburger locations comparison aside this has Def one of the best fast food experiences I've had in a long time. I work retail so I come from dealing with my share of horrible customers and I do my best to be understanding of being short handed and having bad days, it crazy how much I have put up with as a customer because I didn't want to be a Karen and never noticed until I was treated so well. Thank you everyone who was working when I came by."

"The first time I had Kiki's delivered it was absolutely delicious! I had steak fajita quesadillas, Guacamole Salad Queso Flameado w/Steak. Everything was fresh, good flavor everything I was looking for in a new Mexican restaurant since I was new tothe area I started off by sampling the simpler things! It was so good, I ordered the exact same thing again tonight. This timeit wasn't bad, but not like it was the first time. They forgit the Guacamole, They forgot the Flour tortillas for the QuesoFlameado w/steak. Last time the Queso did not have Cilantro in it. Thats one reason I liked Kiki's so much the didn't outcilantro in every little thing they served! You either like cilantro or you hate it me I hate the stuff! TThat is the onereason i stay away from a lot of commercial places like On the Border, Chuy's, Chili's, etc. Everything they make has cilantroin it!! Tonight Kiki's put Cilantro in my Queso Flameado! It wasn't just a little either the guac has little in it but you cannot taste it they put a lot in it! It took over the taste of fresh tomato grilled onions w/steak!! All you could taste was Cilantro. I actually pulled 2 large stems/bushes of cilantro out of the melted cheese that still wasn't all of it! Don'tknow if I'll order from them again only because of my dislike of cilantro. I love that items are made fresh, but i also needconsistency with ingredients as I do have have a limited diet with a lot of food that is restricted. Are you or are you notgoing to put cilantro in Queso Flameado????"

"Wow what a disappointment! If you want your blood pressure to go up then this is the place for you. Ordered the papaya salad and the pad woon seen and both were extremely salty. Someone must have confused the salt for sugar and kept adding. Food was thrown out along with money spent. Won't return and would never recommend. "My previous experience with pho wasn't so great, but when I went to Pho and Boba house it recaptured my interest. I tried the Brisket and Steak pho with the Pineapple green tea with Boba, of course! It was delicious, and I added the extra chili sauce to the pho added an extra kick, and if you are not a spice person I wouldn't recommend it because it is spicy, but it is really good. I will be coming back."

"Love the fajita bites and street tacos. Salsa is served warm and is tasty. Beef fajitas are always tender and never chewy. They are the best I've ever had. Love to wash my meal down with a cervesarita, or two. Service is efficient and the staff are always friendly."

"I put a mobile order for 2 Bacon Classic Cheeseburgers. When I came home, I discovered you had no bacon. I wanted to call, but the phone rings 4-5 times and hangs up. I even tried a message on the app, but after the captcha it does not check to send the message. I'd go back there, but honestly, I'd spend more money in gas than it's worth. I just wish the order was right to start with it. Usually her food is great. The service could use a lot of improvement."

"Excellent! The food was so delicious. I had the Gyro Omelett and it was perfection. The Gyro meat was mildly seasoned, the eggs were fluffy and fresh, and the Feta cheese added flavor where I did not even have to add salt to the eggs. My waffle was fluffy, light and sweet. Excellent meal. I would have given 5 stars, but my guest didn't cost his meal so much since the olives were dug unexpectedly. Back to my meal, the coffee was excellent, not bitter and the correct amount was strong. They also had my sugar free syrup, which was a big plus. I would visit this place again and recommend an attempt."

"Absolutely delicious! The Somosas and Minze Chutney were some of the best I had and the butter naan was light and fresh. Meals are delicious (we had butter chicken and chicken Tikka masala). However, it is worth noting that their dishes focus on spices (but are not spicy), instead of adding a lot of sugar like other Indian places. I think that refreshing, but our children who were more used to sugar Indians were less happy about it. Very recommended! The place is a hole in the wall, so do not expect a beautiful place, but the food is amazing."

"Okay, my wife and I are here for the first time. It was a decent crowd here. I have noticed most ordered to go orders. We ordered and pulled through the line pretty fast. The portions went down in Sise. Would suggest some kind of meat marker, so I knew what the other options were. This place seems to be smaller for some reason. It seems the toilets have the front area. I like the view of the seating area with rust-free tables and wood-plated chairs. The terrace is also beautiful My wife ordered Hard Shell Tacos and I went for bowl and drinks $22. The price seems a bit high for what we bought, but it was our first visit. I'll say the ingredients were very good and fresh. I liked the taste of steak and wife enjoyed her chicken. The guacamole and rice were actually more in taste than the other ingredients. The staff was busy and everyone seemed to do his job. Most tables really needed attention and floors that are needed to be cleanly thrown by garbage. I waited until a young lady finally came out and wiped the tables. No one touched the floors while we were there. I made pictures from inside, but waited until the young lady had wiped the tables. I like having other possibilities in the city next to Fast Food Burgers."

"Update 3/5/2018: This place takes digital payments so that you can use your phone very convenient. The service is always great when I come. I was here at dinner, late night and breakfast and although different people, the service remains the same. This speaks to the owner and the administration. The only thing I noticed this time was the toilet room not clean; there were paper towels on the floor and in the sink and the paper towel dispenser was not working. There were also Ketch up Splatter on the wall and around the Ketchup donor area. Otherwise someone cleaned the glass. During the summer months we play basketball until about 10:30, so we all go and get ice cream. Here we go after playing on ice! We also like to go at this time because it is not so busy. Almost every time we go, it's always busy and there's always a line. Driven straight up today (May 12 2017 and there was a pretty line in passing. So I went in and still had to stand in line. It's a good business for them, just need to grab your patience if you just go for ice: otherwise it's a good place."

"The first time it went to Donut Palace and it was close to its closing time (12:00). I wanted an Eclair, but they didn't sit so close to the closing time. The lady said, “I will make you a special eclair” She did it and gave me extra donuts. See picture below. She didn't have to, but she did. It is good to see this kind of person and this kind of customer upgrade. Of course I'll be back. Donut Palace You have a customer for life. P.S. "My 15-year-old son and I stopped here for lunch on a pipe while I was out. I was happy with the cleanliness as soon as we got in. When we ordered, I noticed we could replace brown rice for a dollar! That was great. My son had shrimp fried brown rice. I had broccoli shrimps with garlic sauce and brown rice. The $5.95 lunch specialties also came with an egg roll. We both enjoyed our food, which was fresh. The optional sauces were good too much heat and fresh lemon for our water. Hot green tea for me and a Mango Boba frozen drink for my child and we were relaxed and happy. The staff was pleasant and we noticed that there were several regulars that came for implementation. What a nice, inexpensive, relaxing, clean place for a meal. We live far, but we will surely visit again. Brown rice"
