"if I could give it less the stars, I would order it online and pay on the parking lot. lights on, doors locked, went through running gear thru, which seemed a really long time only to discover that something seemed wrong with the computer system on the running gear by ordering machine into which they speak. no sign of it, just weird computer word. he made it a window. I saw a worker inside. waits patient. no one came into the window. beeped, someone went by. call them on the phone, ranked about 15-20 times. phone picked up, no vote, they hung up. they called back and didn't listen to my conversation, they hung up. I called a third time, phone picked up, no one spoke, I said I ordered and paid online and no one said anything, so I said I would call company and added that I saw other cars were blocked, they were hanged on me again 3 times! ridiculous! I called companies, but of course they were already closed and there was no place to leave a message about their automated (a different output). it was about 9:15 when I placed my order and this place was open until midnight. I went and pulled back from the road to the right and after knocking on the side parking door, tried the front door and opened it. there were 2 women who seemed surprised I came in. then the mobile command says? how nothing happened and she says we don't have any workers. I get my food and let them know that I have waited an hour and that there are more customers in the car going through (it was actually 45 minutes later when I placed the order) and I had nothing to show them. they had it and knew what it was. then they went with not as much as a word, so very rude and unrespectful to customers. Give the Taco bell a bad name. Worst service I've ever had. there was still a series of customers in the driveway when I went. if they can't operate customers, they need to put a sign on the driveway through and on the doors and lift the window and close it. when I came home, my food was cold, my frost melted and I wondered if they did something to my food and whether I would get sick or not. that remains to be seen, but eating still tasted good, although cold. my nacho chips were broken. disappointed. false workers here. find better. I still want taco bell corporate."
