"I ordered one of the daily specials, Kajun with rice and greens. I asked if it came with a salad when I said no if I could get a salad instead of the green. I was told. I also asked if I could get green beans that I was told that the vegetables on the server day said yes. The salad came only to be a bowl endive with 2 cucumber slices and a cherry tomato, not a salad. Then it took forever for our meals. "The train ride with my son from Leesburg to Cleveland to DC and around his surrounding community, the Sheetz service stations were our go-to-stops for fuel, food and treats. Staff were uniformly high, helpful patient. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained and the fuel cells were wonderfully spacious and clean. The occasional picnic tables were a pleasure to enjoy a break in the shade and after the darkness if it was not too hot or damp to enjoy the weather. My son will work another year in Virginia and we have more rides to take, here hopes we find them where we go next."

The portion sizes are generous, the food is cooked perfectly, and each dish is made fresh to order, bursting with flavor. "When my husband and I celebrate our 1st anniversary, I can't help but remember how perfect our wedding was and Chrissy and the Saratoga team were a big part of it. You have looked after our wedding at the Davis Center in Mill Creek and were professional, helpful and really an explosion to work. All about their service was top notch. My husband and I looked at numerous spectators for the event, including Fusillos, Georgetown, A La Carte, Ange Nettas and Drake's Landing/Avalon on the water. On various factors such as price, food quality and menu selection, we were honestly not impressed that before when we finally found Saratoga and samples. Chrissy welcomed us cheerful, created dish to rehearse the old family recipes, and made professional suggestions based on our taste and theme. We finally stuffed the chicken with Brie and Apple and we were sold unique and luscious dishes, all at an extremely affordable price. I swear to God, until today my guests still comment on how delicious the meal was. I can't talk much about the service. The team set up the hall efficiently and was extremely attentive to us and our guests. In addition, the presentation was exquisite, with Chrissy and Co modify the presentation and menu to reflect the elegance of the evening (we had the dinner salads with seasonal ingredients, so even the typical starter was something special and pleasant. Obviously, as I rant and rave, I can't describe how very impressed I am with Saratoga's catering (fast note, the restaurant is also delicious! . Make yourself a favor if you want to book a catererer, and let Saratoga work with you, I can't talk enough of the quality, flexibility, (personality!, and affordability of their services. Just the best choice we made for the whole wedding!! Annnd, I'm hungry now."

"Not only the dishes and espresso drinks among the best you can find in the Mahoning Valley, but the staff goes beyond and beyond to make sure their customers have a pleasant meal! I just came back from a 15-person social group brunch, and employee Melissa deserves a special reputation. She helped us to assemble seats under the huge Sunday lunch crowd, handle our commands with great efficiency, and even took a moment to grab a group photo for us while managing all the other customer requests that she was bombarded at that time. Keep the big work, Mocha house management staff!"

"We went there for our grandson's birthday. It was a nice change. I was there first. The food was good and nicely plated. The costs were medium. The waitress Kelly was very accommodating and was not too much or too little at the table. Everyone seemed to enjoy his meals without complaints. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs. The meatball was great. The house dressing was also remarkable. I'm sure we'll come back."
