"I really felt like a steak tonight. but when I got that, I was ready! I asked about medium rare .. that was less rare than medium. not only that. I never had to eat a steak with my hands before cold! it's like a burger! because the knife couldn't make the job. I had also asked that a1 sauce nope did not get it. also got regular milk instead of chocolate, and then I never got a drink. I'm at a truck stop and I don't have any chance to cook that anymore."

"Who doesn?t love fried chicken? And Popeyes recipe is great! I do not like to give poor reviews. Especially one star reviews. But this location consistently has issues, and poorly managed, yet I still come frequently as it is convenient when leaving my office late. But this may discontinue as the frustration builds with each visit. First, there hours say they?re open until 10, but they stop making chicken around 9:00 (which often is as early ad 8:30 even locking the doors at this point. The chicken at this location though still edible, is clearly prepared in advance and under what I assume is heat lamps for a long time and or overcooked. The sides are constantly overcooked and more of a mush than than the food you intended to order. Lastly, I like to order through apps or online with most restaurants.. it?s disappointing that we can?t order Ala Carte chicken.. but more than that, the only way to get some items late is through the app as they will tell you they stopped making that item early through the drive thru or counter.. once you do get to the restaurant more than 50% of the time you will be directed to wait. Usually more than 20 minutes, has been as long as 45 at this restaurant.. no apology, no discount, no anything for the wait.. too bad Popeyes can be a much better experience than this (and I?m still talking fast food expectations)"

"If it doesn't wait for the Loooong in the line, it would certainly be 5 stars. The food's done for it, right? I never understand the thought process of making food for people online orders priority for those who are in line... Online orders, makes sense, we all do it. Is there another solution besides manufacturing in line customers watching other orders being made before they are made? At a point because I stood on the line for so long, I counted over 15 online orders before the 3 people were served in front of me-the guy just wanted soup! Okay, there was a big catering order-- but must this be done at the front service counter, and we all observe how the stacks of plates are made and fed before we even take 2 steps towards register? It's always hard for a lunch place to return when you know that in line 2x longer than it needs to eat. Vent over, thanks for listening:"

"As someone who recently underwent bariatric surgery, I truly appreciate having a restaurant where I can enjoy some of my favorite dishes without sacrificing flavor. Also we ordered chips guacamole at 5.99 should be fresh good, we got the smallest container it was too hot and very runny. The best part of the whole meal was the tortilla?s and the beans, they were the best part of the meal. I don't think we'll get back from there. ll go to El Pollo Loco next time. "Yesterday I ordered an 18” veggie pizza from Big Daddy’s West Valley outlet and this proved to be one of the worst decisions that I made in terms of food. The pizza base was completely uncooked and the raw flour could be seen clearly, with the toppings falling off from all sides. The ill-effects of consuming raw flour and such ingredients are well known and should have been taken care of by their employees when I am paying them $50-$60 for their services. I was left with no other option and had to throw away the entire pizza. This carelessness is totally unacceptable and I would never ever recommend Big Daddy’s to anyone here onwards!!!"

"Second time here. First time was good which was a few months ago. This time we ordered the 8pc and we got what looked like pigeon not chicken. "They forgot the noodles. The food was good but I think I got the clean up crew. I arrived 1 hour before closing it seemed like they are under staffed but the server did not seem like they were very busy like they did not really know that they were doing. My suspensions were confirmed when it took them 30 minutes to bring me my food , you may think that is responsible but you cook the food on a hot plate they just bring out the ingredients!!!! Witch is pretty cool. Also did I mention the server did not speak English very well witch is a when you are at a novel restaurant like this one and it is unclear how to make the food and the waiter can't explain it to you because he doesn't speak English very well. Any way were was I, oh yes the noodles, after getting the food and started it cooking I realized the meal was supposed the come with noodles you know one of the biggest parts of the meal. Then after they forgot the noodles I thought they might have forgotten something else so looking at other people's tables I realized they also forgot the extra flavorings that you add to the soup. After figuring out what the server was supposed to do myself I went to the bathroom and they were using the bathroom as storage for cleaning supplies this may or may not be bad in it self but it is low class for an establishment this expensive. "This is the second visit as I was not overly impressed the first time so I tried it again. There is a strong smell of chemicals when you walk in. The place is quay and nice although the tables are sticky.(One of my pet peeves) I ordered the TANTANMEN the first visit and it was ok. This time I ordered the CURRY RAMEN and I am not impressed. It is a gravy, there is no broth. The flavor is odd. The few vegetables in it were cold like they pulled them out of the fridge. The best item of the night was the veggie egg rolls but they were really mushy inside. Overall I will not be going back. The staff are very friendly and I feel bad for them. I say…try another place."
