"Yesterday I ordered an 18” veggie pizza from Big Daddy’s West Valley outlet and this proved to be one of the worst decisions that I made in terms of food. The pizza base was completely uncooked and the raw flour could be seen clearly, with the toppings falling off from all sides. The ill-effects of consuming raw flour and such ingredients are well known and should have been taken care of by their employees when I am paying them $50-$60 for their services. I was left with no other option and had to throw away the entire pizza. This carelessness is totally unacceptable and I would never ever recommend Big Daddy’s to anyone here onwards!!!"

Waited an hour 1/2 for delivery. Couldn’t order online n get discount said don’t deliver here. So called gave no discount. Worst pizza ever! Delivered cold! ! Taste like feozwn pizza and mushrooms taste rancid. Spent $22.00 for nothing. Threw it away! Never again!!! Don’t waste your money.

The pizza was great. It just took a while, but it was worth the wait. The fountain drink machine was not working, and the front counter was very messy. The cheese and pepper packets were in the boxes, and we had to grab from them. The kid behind the counter was friendly and respectful. I love the pizza, but the place needs to look welcoming and not like it is in the middle of renovations.

The pizza was STALE, it tasted like it was sitting in the room for hours and dried out. I haven 't ever had that experience any where else in recent years, I use to really like this restaurant chain. The atmosphere or kitchen itself seemed messy, dirty, and unorganized, which honestly just made me worried they weren 't being food safe. But I didn 't get food poisoning so..... I guess it 's fine. The service was quick and easy, they were fine. Stale pizza is a big pass, so no I will not be eating here again.

"extremely rude worker! during the ordering on the laufwerk thru I told this worker that I wanted two bar b que and two sweet and acid sauces with my 10 pieces chickenugget combo. she did not ask me what size I wanted and calculated myself automatically for a big order. I had also commanded two and she missed an article on the second and we had to adapt them both to the first window. When I reached the second window, I mentioned the two barb queues and sweet and acid sauces, so that she would not forget and she told me that the 10 pieces came only with 2 sauces and I had to pay 25 cent for the others. I told her I asked the sauces before I paid, and she would have charged me. I then asked her if I could pay the 25 cent with my card and she said I couldn't. I've always asked about the sauces, and she's gone. after a couple of moments and she gave me the wrong sauce, she finally gave me the sauces. when I drove away, she called me a b h. extremely bad customer service. I ordered the same at this place and never had a problem about sauces from any other worker."

"I really felt like a steak tonight. but when I got that, I was ready! I asked about medium rare .. that was less rare than medium. not only that. I never had to eat a steak with my hands before cold! it's like a burger! because the knife couldn't make the job. I had also asked that a1 sauce nope did not get it. also got regular milk instead of chocolate, and then I never got a drink. I'm at a truck stop and I don't have any chance to cook that anymore."

"If it doesn't wait for the Loooong in the line, it would certainly be 5 stars. The food's done for it, right? I never understand the thought process of making food for people online orders priority for those who are in line... Online orders, makes sense, we all do it. Is there another solution besides manufacturing in line customers watching other orders being made before they are made? At a point because I stood on the line for so long, I counted over 15 online orders before the 3 people were served in front of me-the guy just wanted soup! Okay, there was a big catering order-- but must this be done at the front service counter, and we all observe how the stacks of plates are made and fed before we even take 2 steps towards register? It's always hard for a lunch place to return when you know that in line 2x longer than it needs to eat. Vent over, thanks for listening:"
