"We stayed in La Posada for 2 nights and enjoyed dinner and breakfast in this beautifully renovated historic hotel and restaurant. The kitchen is eclectic with southwest influences; However, there are options for all pallets. My favorite interior selections were the Bison short ribs and the famous black bean and corn cahowder. The crepes for breakfast were excellent and not excessively sweet. In the morning we sat at the window and watch the trains pass. The staff was extraordinary? friendly, but professional. Keep at the Martini Bar before you sit for dinner. The cocktails are unique and they take their craft very seriously. I have an impromptu lesson about how to make a real old fashion! Staying in La Posada and eating in the turquoise room was such a unique experience and we learned so much about the history of the hotel and Winslow. It was a fabulous surprise. We originally came to Winslow?Stand On A Corner, but we discovered so much more. We look forward to our next visit."
