"1850 is something you can enjoy and worth a stop when you visit Mariposa. They have a decent menu and a good range of beers. The vibe of the restaurant/brewery is very cabin like. They have a lot of seating indoor and outdoor. They have a small bar area outside the patio with plenty of seating. They do not come out and serve you menus. You need to get a menu from the inside and order inside when you're ready. Also, they have a self server water station near the restrooms. The service was great outside. I highly recommend trying the 1850 restaurant if you are looking for a place that has the best seasoned meat even for vegetarians) in town. I came here with my family and each item that we ordered was delicious. The tri tip had an amazing bbq sauce. The salmon was seasoned to perfection. The mediterranean salad had a quinoa patty which tasted like meat for anyone who is vegetarian. The burgers were juicy and flavorful. The staff was very attentive and checked in frequently to refill water and ask if we are enjoying our meal. I recommend calling ahead for a reservation. Visiting Mariposa/Yosemite with some girl friends and went to 1850 Restaurant Brewery for our first night out! We were seated fairly promptly for a 5 top table with no reservation and the service was great! We got all of our food quick and in the perfect time sequence drinks first, appetizer second (with time to finish and digest), and entrees shortly after we finished our appetizer. The decor was adorable, between the wine corks and sliding doors between 2 tables. The Ahi nachos were unreal! We came to the area for 4 days to go to Yosemite. We came here our second and last night. We loved it here! First visit we all ordered burgers hot shot , steakhouse, and bacon ranch with garlic fries. The meat was so soft a juicy! Best burgers we have ever had. We also had the bridalveil beer. 3/24/24 was our last night in mariposa, so we came back one last time. It did not disappoint.
