"We ate here for a birthday dinner during a ski-cation, in February school break. The food was incredible and the service was friendly and efficient. The cocktails are expensive but the strenth and flavor balance were great. For food, we started with the poutine. The short ribs were really tender and a highlight of the evening. I followed with the prime rib special and my wife had the bolognese. Everything was cooked perfectly and we felt like we were at a fancy restaurant in Boston. I have a feeling they struggled with staffing issues during COVID, and larger groups may still be challenging for them to serve. But it was just the two of us, and we were really happy."
