"I've been to several KBBQ restaurants in Atlanta but this place still holds the top spot for me. Their AYCE pricing is reasonable considering the quality of meat that they serve and their side dishes. I could come here and just eat multiple rounds of brisket and pork belly. The brisket has the optimal amount of meat and fat. The pork belly had just the right amount of thickness and didn't feel too oily. The 반찬 (side dishes) were fresh and made in house according to the server. You can immediately tell the difference compared to other restaurants that buy their side dishes elsewhere. Aside from the KBBQ you can also order other unlimited dishes like steamed egg, corn egg, and soybean stew....

My family just came to this place and it was awesome. The atmosphere was great as well as services. We ordered beef brisket and spicy beef, garlic butter shrimps and they were good. The girl who serviced our table was very attentive and she helped us to cook all the items. We wished we have a bigger stomach since this is all you can eat restaurant :

We came here for an early dinner on 7/21/23. Our server was amazing and very sweet with my eight year old son. She talked with him, was patient answering all his questions, and helped him to use his chop sticks appropriately. The food was excellent, especially the soy bean stew. Delicious peach and strawberry soju. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I came here today for a family dinner. The food was great but the service was not too good at all. There was only 3 other tables while we were there. Our server and some other servers did not bring our orders at a timely manner when it was not busy and we also asked for help by ringing the bell 2-3 times and also waving our hands to see if anyone can help us out. Instead of helping us out they were just having fun by talking to each other and completely ignored us. I love the food however I really did not like the service at all today. We felt like they just don’t want to work there.

"This review absolutely breaks my heart... ?Let me start by saying if it had not been for Nina, I would 've walked right back out! The new management has turned this place into a very uncomfortable atmosphere. The vibes are off and inconsistent with the place I once fell in love with. And the food fell a bit short of expectations.As a regular customer, I used to feel like this restaurant was my go-to. The food was always delicious, especially the clockwork cocktail and escargot. No one in all of Metro Atlanta made this drink the way they did. As a sommelier in training, I definitely knew the difference. It was literally so good I would drive from Atlanta just for the escargot and clockwork. HOWEVER, now, under this new management (specifically Cloe, although I think she lied about her name as she hesitated and rolled her eyes when I asked her on my way out), things are just inconsistent and unpredictable.Mind you, this is the same person who told me she couldn 't seat me in the corner booth because it was reserved for someone with reservations. I laughed because I can recognize misery when I see it. No big deal. I informed her that I had indeed called and made a reservation and would like to be seated there. Anyone with a toddler/child knows having a little wiggle room for your child to play around in is a lifesaver, especially when they 're Montessori raised.As a forward thinker, I just believe that in the long run, some important improvements can be made for this place to be as successful as it once was. Overall, I just feel like maybe a shift in service personnel is needed, along with a little communication from the previous owners about their menu ingredients. Maybe? I don 't know, I just know that this rude little girl Cloe needs to go. She 's the first impression someone will meet upon walking in, and it 's definitely not a pleasant experience.Thank you, Nina, for being genuine and personable. "I visited this restaurant for the first time today and it was so amazing! it is scary to taste a restaurant for the first time and joanna made it such an amazing experience! the garnelentempura roll is very tasty, and I have the ultra spicy rams that was also good and the chicken breast. I will be back in any case! I will say with covid, it is probably best to take the food to go because of the limited sitting opportunities in the restaurant."

"After hearing so many great things about Craft, I was told by the general manager at 8:46-8:47 that they were closed for the night. After telling him I traveled out of my way to try Craft Burgers he still insisted policy was last order 8:45. Which I missed by the max two minutes. I am very disappointed that this was my first experience. I was NOT GREETED, nor did I feel welcomed. Regardless of the time a customer should feel welcomed especially when they are coming to spend money. The General Manager insisted that last order policy is listed online. (I was on my apple mobile phone and the website wasn’t the best nor was the policy as visible as them advertising their burgers and everything else on the menu). I Understand policy and I understand I came within 12-13 minutes of closing, but even though I did not leave being able to experience Craft Burger A warm welcome and smile goes Long way! This is coming from a foodie who has been to plenty of restaurants not only in Atlanta but across the nation and other countries.Not sure if I will want to try Craft Burgers By Shane after this experience. Wish them the best but not cool. They are in the burger business and not costumer service so maybe I am overreacting."
