"I am changing my review because I gave it another shot and service was wonderful. I went with my family for dinner and the waitress, Sarah, was quick and efficient. She greeted us right away and it was a wonderful family dinner. I believe the hostess recognized me on the way in and might have remembered that I walked out the last time I was here. Well everything was great and the food was delicious. This is our local restaurant and I was very happy with their service during our dinner and will be back again. I know how reviews work and a one star can lower overall score. I also like changing my reviews when the business has earned a better score and Applebee's sure did. Thank you Previous R...

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant thanks to my waitress, who was working her first night. She was incredibly sweet and attentive. Our meals were delicious as well. The restaurant is conveniently located in the same shopping area as Big Lots and Save-a-Lot.

This restaurant is a solid choice for a budget-friendly meal. The food is quite good and reasonably priced. The service has consistently been attentive, and I appreciate the atmosphere as well. While you shouldn't expect anything extraordinary, it offers a satisfying meal at a fair price.

"Strangely, our doctor is next door and this is the first time we tried this Mexican restaurant.. excellent staff (Keily). Was great. "This location has gone downhill. My wife and I ordered a simple dinner, and nearly everything about it was wrong. And our waiter , Brennan, was nearly impossible to get ahold of. I had to rely on the other wait staff to help with my order. Neither Brennan or whom ever is cooking any whats on the menu because i ordered chicken fried chicken, and it came out with no gravy on the chicken. I questioned him about it, and he said it did not infact come with gravy. So after he left, i looked up the menu online and showed my wife infact it does come with it. By now, i am nearly done eating it, so I said screw it. Also, the fried ocra side was reheated way too many times. Super chewy and cold. Now, I'm using the bathroom before i leave, and it's filthy. I would not recommend this particular Cracker Barrel anymore. The one on 19 is much better. This Cracker Barrel is like a cheap interstate truckstop now."

"I'd like to go in if I use her coupons. You're always very polite. Everybody! The red head Spanish boy super nice. He goes beyond and beyond with his customer service to all who enter. It's clean and fast. You never messed up my order. Drive thru is fast efficient and polite too! Friends were so hot! Stay away from Zephyrhill's BK- this place is a wreck. Always takes forever, even if its only you dade city is nice, but no toys in the kids meals Brooksville is the best"

My food arrived about 10 minutes later than expected, but that’s understandable given how busy they appeared. Everything was well-packaged, with many items in separate containers to prevent them from mixing. They also included all the necessary utensils, along with bread and syrup.
