"I have been going to this Arbys 2150 ne 49th ct since it opened. Today I was doing my reg. drive thru and who is in front of me an angry man insisting on a discount waving a piece of paper (did NOT look like a coupon to me) throwing hand gestures we will leave it at that, My turn Drive thru girl was super nice Ashli I believe was here name she brushed off that knuckelhead and treated me very nice YOU NEED MORE EMPLOYESS LIKE HER this happened around 5pm on monday 4/18/2022. That angry person thinks he is intitled to a discount for no reason. She is only doing her job and she is doing it 5 STARS good"

Food is pretty good wouldn't suggest going later than 9pm they cook all the food made to order. They were nice about it but you could tell were frustrated. I ordered 3 sandwiches and 1 meal, it was right before 10.

faster service, although they are not good to hear and read the screen when it comes to special instructions for preparing food. for example, cheese sauce on the side, no salate, we got middle frits when the input said big frits.

Me and my new daughterinlaw went here Sunday to eat lunch one of my favorite fast food places to eat great Beef and cheese sandwiches and great Curley fries and cherry turnovers and coke zero my favorite drink yummy yummy for my tummy thank u Arby's!!!??????????????????????

"We were just passing through town and I googled best lunch restaurants near me This place popped up and I'm glad I read the reviews about not being scared away by it being in a gas station. It's true there's no where to sit (as posted in other reviews) we just opened the back of the truck and sat under a shady spot in the parking lot. The food was really good. I'm glad we checked it out! Reasonably priced, too."

"I wanted to treat my mother, my grandmother's sister for a special dinner to celebrate my mother's 50th birthday. I had some dig online to find some nice restaurants and came across Katya. Words can not describe how amazing my experience was to discuss my first call to them my reservation, the whole way to say goodbye on our way. Katya, her sweet parents The boss has completely exceeded our expectations. Kathryn helped me, our dinner with a beautiful handwritten birthday card, sparkles at the table, and a delicious bottle of wine and cheese board awaits us at our table. I am always grateful to her and her family for making so much effort to feel my mother so special. We will definitely be back for more! Thank you very much! If you? Re-read reviews and the food here, not even give it a second thought!"

"CONS: We were pretty excited to try this place out...what a let down. We felt like maybe our waitress didn't want us as a table? She hardly came to us, and left us for long stretches. After we ordered, we heard the table next to us(a different waitress) get offered a special appetizer. We would have loved to order that. AND they were offered Swordfish and a duck special, that we would have also ordered if we had known about it. Plus, she asked us if we wanted her to bring more bread, and we said sure. She never came back again until we received our dinners, with no bread. She left us for so long between stretches, that I gave her my credit card before any mention of the bill, because we didn't want to have to wait for fifteen minutes for her to bring the bill to the table. It was still quit a long wait. PROS: What we ordered was pretty good. My husband got the short ribs, which were a little fatty, but tasted very good. I ordered the Sorrentino veal, which tasted great. The food itself was not the problem."

"*Updated Rating8/7/2022* My husband and I have been coming for a long time since my first review(2018) and I feel like it's time for an update. I am still in this place as a restaurant and it was one of the few places that remained consistent even after the pandemic. We come for both brunch / dinner a few times a year and have either Charles or David for our servers and both make sure there is a special visit every time. This weekend was amazing with both servers because I celebrated my birthday (the only place I wanted to eat in Ocala) and at both visits our servers were very courteous and made every experience instant. The food is always excellent and consistently delicious so I try to come here at least a few times a year to celebrate milestones. I highly recommend that you come here also outside Google reviews to anyone who asks. There's something smart for every taste. I always try a new dish every visit and still have to be disappointed. This is the best secret in Ocala. *Review of 2018* Came to brunch last Sunday and had a great time. I loved the decor and the music they played was great. For something raised for the Ocala area it was a surprisingly relaxed feeling for brunch (dinner might be different). I had a cappuccino, Eggs Meurette but I replaced the potatoes for a side salad. While the salad was great, I saw the potatoes at the table next to us and they looked amazing. I'm not sorry to get her, but my salad was great and I'm not sorry to get it. I'm definitely back to see how the dinner menu is."
