"OMG this is literally the BEST SUSHI you've ever got. I tried Blue Sushi in Kansas, so I'm not disappointed with high expectations of this place. I visited with a friend we had the Calamari, 2 different types of vegan sushi (one with mushrooms and the other with vegan tuna, shrimps called as hot night non-alcoholic drinks. Everything was absolutely crazy! If nobody told me I had vegan sushi, I swear I couldn't even say the difference. Yes, I would know it's not shrimp or tuna, but I certainly think it's a different variety of fish I'm with!!! The taste texture was noticeable. Also, the sushi itself was only rolled as it should be with thin layers of rice tasteful fillings, cut into bite-size pieces unlike most other Americanized sushi places that create these gigantic sushi pieces with thick layers of rice that you 't even pick up or simply dipped into your mouth in sauces, but zero flavors inside. Very happy with my experience recommend it very much!!"
