"Ordered 5 bagels with sausage, egg cheese, 1w/steak, egg cheese, all extra toasted, through Door Dash. The order was delivered promptly but 3 out of 6 bagels had no cheese. I called to let them know that 3 of the bagels had no cheese. I forgot to mention that all bagels were lightly toasted, not extra toasted. Mind you, they charge $1 for cheese! They told me that the only way to resolve the issue was for me to drive to Rockledge to replace the bagels. Never even apologized for their errors. 1) I am disabled, having severe issues, which is why I used Door Dash for delivery. 2) I live in Merritt Island. Kind of defeats the reasons for using Door Dash. 3) A simple apology would have been suff...

I decided to go here because I believed a Lox Bagel and it was the next Bagellad for me. When I arrived, some people waited for food. The employee took my order quickly. But I'm waiting for my bagel order over 20 minutes. My bagel had more cheese than Lox. I asked my bagel to be roasted. It wasn't. The bagel itself was hard. Cream cheese was tasteless. The whole thing was Blande. Will not return soon.

Your worker, Ashlin was amazing! In a society where most people are bad, it was a breath of fresh air! And she did my order perfectly. While waiting for my order to be finished, she took care of at least half a dozen or more people and also took care of them. I don't know what you pay this Ashlin, but what you should ever pay, you should pay her a lot more, she's a fortune for your company. Thank you, Bill.

I honestly love this place for a good bagel sandwich but today I wasn?t happy. I ordered a everything bagel and an Asiago bagel sandwiches, I should have opened the bag up to make sure they were correct but the receipt said what I wanted. My boyfriend got home with the bagels and they were both an everything bagel sandwiches which I was very disappointed as I was starving and I?m allergic to sesame seeds. I had to call back to get a new sandwich and I picked it up and it still didn?t have want I asked for on the sandwich but the right bagel. I will be returning but this experience was not great after working a long shift.

"All right. Had the watermelon soda and an almond croissant. Both were okay. There are certainly better croissants out there in the area. However, prices seemed fair. Note: There is only one toilet so that if you need to use the toilet space during your visit, you will be prepared for a waiting period. There were about 4 people in front of me when I came to the queue. The interior was quite loud and it was a bit hard to hear the people I was talking to for normal conversation."

"A great family run restaurant that really caters to quality as well as its customers. While there may be a plethora of seafood establishments dotting the coast, there are also a handful of decent restaurants scattered throughout cities from Titusville to Palm Bay that serve up more than just seafood. Lello's Italian Ristorante and Pizzeria is one of those places, and is very much worth a visit if you happen to find yourself on Florida’s Space Coast. Located in the Westport Center, which is a strip mall of shops, you will find a small and somewhat unassuming venue with basic chairs and tables, a print out menu, and nothing else too fancy inside. Although the atmosphere and ambiance may not be impressive, I can assure you the food more than makes up for it. Once you are seated, a waitress takes your order and gets the process of your dinner going. I do say process, because things don't seem to move too quickly at Lello’s, in part because everything is made to order, and made with house made ingredients. All of the pasta and dressings are made in house as well as a fine mozzarella. I had an opportunity to dine with three family members and got to taste a few dishes and some desserts. We ordered a selection of dinner entrees that included two Friday night specials and some of the house specialties. Although not necessarily an Italian dish, the Friday night special of Seared Salmon with mango chutney and black beans and rice was very flavorful, and plated quite nicely. I love a good Veal Parmigiana, and the one at Lello’s is some of the best I have had. The veal was very tender and smothered in homemade sauce and mozzarella. This veal cutlet just melted in your mouth."

"I LOVE this place. I would come every week if I was in the area. I’ve been here many times and below are some pictures of some of my favorite rolls. The key lime roll, coconut shrimp roll, and I asked for tuna with mango and was delicious. We came here on a Wednesday night and had multiple people waiting outside. They told us it was a 40 min wait and we took a drive came back within 20 mins and our table was ready. Yes, the sushi can take a little longer to come out but they tell you that. I will wait no matter how long the line is (my boyfriend agrees) My birthday is coming up, family is coming to visit but sadly they are not open on Sunday’s and I am sad I can not celebrate here! There is good sushi in Florida but this blows any other place out of the park."

"We had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant with a casual atmosphere. The meals were very consistent during all three of our visits. Our party of four found our meals to be delicious with a superb selection. The gravy on the mashed potatoes was to die for and the steaks were very affordable and cooked to perfection. One of us, a master burger eater, rated the burgers as the best in the area. The chicken and Caesar salad were also really good. The drink specials provided good value and the coffee was okay. The portion sizes were generous, so we never had room to try the desserts. The waitresses were friendly, prompt, and attentive without being overbearing. The menu selection was quite large. Overall, it was worth the drive from Cocoa Beach to eat here. We hope this franchise expands to Canada where we live."

"Lobster Raviolia is so good! Highly recommend this dish! Pasta was served al dente and cooked to perfection! First time having Cozze in Bianco and I really enjoyed it. Cooked perfectly. Both dishes held up well for delivery. We will order these again and again!"
