"It's not often I rate a place without even eating the food . Walked in and was told only 1 server would be 5 minute wait which i was fine with . Waited for 15 mins before I had to remind them I was waiting . The hostess who could of seated us to begin with walked away and ignored me I presume was the manager who seated us . Waited another 10 mins with no service, there was only 3 people seated and they had already been served ,meanwhile the server was walking circles and not doing anything the hostess was walking around not doing anything the manager was clueless as to anything going on . I ordered a pecan pie for takeout. It was a dessert gift to go along with thanksgiving dinner. The pie was really good and everyone enjoyed it!

Waited way too long for the server to come over to take our order. Manager was not able to help out. Another couple came in and the manager asked them if the wanted something to drink. She never asked us. She was very confused as to why we in the restaurant. I believe the way we were treated was very racist. Will never return

Let's start of by saying THANK YOU for ruining my mom's 65th birthday awesome job to everybody who works for this garbage company. I placed an order 3 days in advance for delivery one hour before the order was scheduled to be delivered they canceled it. It gets better no answer at the store was on hold for 30 minutes the text that they sent saying it was cancel had no apology, one email they sent aslo had no apology but the kicker one email explaining every which way for me to spend more money there and how to waste more of my time giving them business had no apology, before the last sentence is just some random we apologize for the inconvenience. "We went here for my friend's birthday and it was my first time coming to this place. When we were seated, our waiter came to ask us for any drinks to get us started and we told him we wanted to do wine tasting. He told us to hold on a second and walked off. He went to talk to a coworker and came back 5 minutes later. Then he took our wine choices. Proceeding the night, he wasn't too attentive of us and when he took our entree order, we had to repeat it three times because 2 of those times he was looking at other waiters and customers. So after the third time, he finally got our order right and went to put it in. Keep in mind it was only 2 of us and we ordered very simple entrees. When we were done he asked for any desserts and I told him we were celebrating a birthday and if the restaurant did anything for birthdays. He looked at my friend (birthday girl) and said no. That I had to buy a dessert and the restaurant doesn't offer it. I was honestly shocked on the way he said it and his only solution was for it to be bought. I've worked at restaurants before and instead of saying no, we usually just got a manager and the manager would decide to approve something or not. He didn't even offer to talk to a manager. So then I just asked for the check. Another server came by and asked if we were okay and I asked him about birthday desserts. This nice, young man said that the restaurant DID do birthday desserts and that he would work something out. He came back very quickly with a birthday dish and was very nice and attentive of us afterwards. Definitely made the night more better for us than our original waiter."

"I don't usually go to a tapas restaurant, but if I do, I'm never disappointed. Emilio is no exception. The variety of tapas on the menu was all well and well designed. I especially enjoyed the bloodworm and the grilled Calamari. But all the food was tasteful and filling, and I had tried an explosion to try out all the different tapas my party ordered. The tapas were served quickly, although the restaurant was packed when I left, and I appreciate this to the excellent, friendly service. Anna, our server, went beyond and beyond to make sure we all take care. All this came in a colourful, warm atmosphere that was unique in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place to others when it comes to tapas. Well done."
