"I had a rough customer experience one day and left a low review after. This place went above and beyond to rectify the misunderstanding, and even offered to fix it on the house, which I refused and paid because their owner/management had already gone way out of their way and deserve the business for their hard work. Also the sandwich was yummy as hell. Highly recommended."
