"Three of us went for a birthday celebration and took advantage of the prix fixe menu. We loved the rice balls but all agreed the stuffed mushrooms were fantastic. For entrees we had the salmon which was moist and nicely seasoned and the short ribs which were properly tender. We all enjoyed tiramisu for desert. It was delicious but I prefer it prepared the old fashioned way where everything is thrown into a bowl rather than as a neatly prepared cake. The service was excellent and the owner took the time to visit our table and answer questions about the history of the restaurant. We were all first timers at Bella Vie and agreed that we would return."

The food was outstanding. My husband and I love it here. My mom and her friends always go too. The food is always delicious and cooked perfectly.

Not enough staff for the number of diners during restaurant week. The romm we were seated in, adjacent to the bar, is cozy, until it filled with diners and got noisy. We would go back in the summer to dine on the patio overlooking the bay.
