"that was great, but we had some swallow bags. first they do not trust the OpenTable reservation. he made a res for 11 o'clock brunch. Now, the buffet closes around 11 and they had no recordings about my reservation for 9 people. they said we could make a la carte. there was a handful of other problems that I will not enter because the manager came to talk to us and offered compensation for all our problems. everyone really enjoyed eating the server were very nice, but I would only have breakfast there earlier in the morning and I would call to confirm if they book through this box."

the service was bad. the server didn't know much about the menu. they forgot to bring that we demanded. she didn't know if there was a happy hour. she didn't know how the fish was prepared. eating was not hot and my steak was overcooked. I wouldn't go back. my guest and I were the only ones eating in the restaurant

Upon arrival, the restaurant was technically not called Bellagio Ristorante and it also did not have an Italian menu as listed. This was extremely disappointing and complete false advertisement. The place in the Westin is now called Bar 555 and offers about 10 items. I will make sure to never dine or visit another Westin hotel.
