"The service is fantastic. The food is mediocre at best, but they charge as though it is great. If the prices aligned with the quality of the food, I'd have given them another star. It was a disappointing experience for my entire family... Then, they substantially overcharged my card for more than twice the correct amount, which did get sorted out but not until the next day. $103 for three people for dinner and an appetizer. No alcohol. Not a bad price for GOOD Italian food, but it was just okay."

Oh my goodness! This place is outstanding! The food is impeccable!! We will be eating here on a regular basis! The homemade bread…. Wow! The lasagna and stuffed shells…perfect! We absolutely loved dining at Bella’s!

Had stuffed shells, really good and the garlic roll was awesome. Desserts dee licious. My friends had Greek salad, pulled high with olives, article hearts and the other stand ingredients, slice of cheese pizza wonderful crust, and lasagna. I'd go back

I ordered the Italian stallion that comes with extra cheese... they didn't put cheese on my pizza, and obviously, all the meat fell off because there was no cheese to hold it in place. I also ordered the lava cake. It was very cold, and the lava was a solid chunk of cold chocolate in the middle.

"Excellent menu and daily specials. We had halibut, salmon, crab cakes amongst us; all were delicious and they allowed subs on the sides. Parker was as good as any waiter I have enjoyed in 60 years of social and business dining during extensive travel. One negative....they charge an exorbitant credit card fee so we used cash. Please, don't stoop so low at such a fine restaurant; build the charges into your costs at the cost incurred rather than padding the bottom line."

"Nice establishment with good food. Wasn't super expensive for the quality of the meal, which I appreciated. The atmosphere was classy which I enjoyed as well. Only downside was they didn't have crushed red pepper. "No no no no no no no. I can't tell you how the good food is if you order and eat in the restaurant but with the large group of 12 that we had there were not any accommodating tables so we did takeout. I have never seen food prepared and thrown into silver take out trays that tasted so disgusting in my life. Again maybe it was because we took it out and there wasn't as much care given as there was no fear the food would be returned to the kitchen. It's been a year later and we still have never returned and probably will not."

"Wow..just wow!! Where do I begin? I have been to every high end restaurant within the “high country” since I’ve been coming here to Boone/banner elk and this place is just perfect on every level. It was my birthday today so we came for dinner and the food, service and atmosphere was phenomenal"

"Fine dining depending on your definition. We booked a reservation to celebrate my husband's birthday on a Saturday evening. The menu looked fantastic so we were excited to try it. We arrived about 15 min early, but then waited quite a while past our reservation time for a table. Meanwhile, we sat in the lobby and could hear their live singer, along with a quite rowdy crowd. Don't get me wrong the singer is quite talented. But the others participating in the drunk singalong? not so much. It was too loud in the lobby to hear conversation and it would have been impossible to enjoy our meal as a family in the wedding reception with people we don't know vibe. After the long wait for our table, we asked the hostess to please seat us in Sorrento's which she did (it was almost 9pm before we got drinks. Grateful for the Italian comfort food but it was not the fine dining experience I had hoped for on my husband's birthday."
