"Unbelievable food and experience. We had the swordfish special and the Pesto chickens Tortellini and they were both absolutely amazing. Your special cocktails are also wonderful. Our server was top-notch and knew his things! In any case, check it and make a reservation. The venue is teeny tiny, but is packed with the best food you can get in the area."

Best Italian food I have had in a long time. Unbelievable that it is in this small Wyoming town. The atmosphere is lovely and the service excellent!

This is my go-to restaurant for terrific food and drinks, and an always great dining experience in Saratoga! The food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. I highly recommend starting with the wedge salad. Save room for their homemade cheesecake, it?s the best I?ve had!

"We 've eaten at Hong 's lots of time have generally enjoyed the experience. We decided it would be the perfect spot for a post-Star Wars Not Christmas dinner. We approached the meal with lower expectations because it was a holiday. And we were not disappointed. Okay, we were, but we 'd allowed for that mostly. Still, while we didn 't expect the usual attentiveness we experience, we were put off that other parties--one without a reservation--were served well before we even got our drinks. We had to ask for every, single part of the meal--including a wine list and to order--repeatedly. One dish--walnut honey prawns--was barely warm, and the walnuts had been replaced with pecans. The other, a sizzling beef special, was okay. The only thing that came quickly was the check. It was particularly galling when an older couple seated next to us as we were finishing were treated with exceptional care and attentiveness, the server going over every aspect of the meal and bringing their drinks and appetizers promptly. We couldn 't help but wonder if our poor service had something to do with being two women dining together. Maybe it was that we 'd moved from one side of the front dining room, where we were placed in front of a drafty door, to the other, where it turned out we were in front of an equally drafty window. Who knows? But on a particularly cold night, this chill added to an overall unsatisfying experience."

"overall, eating was very good and abundant. good variety and something for everyone. the gnocchi was a bit a bit a bit a bit. the service was ok, but not great. the orders were forgotten and sometimes difficult to get the attention of the waiting staff. but they were polite. we sat in a side-dining area that was decorating and not particularly beautiful. it was a fairly cold evening with an explosion cold air every time the door opened. on the plus side the wein is sold without brandup and there is no cork fee. tab was $360 for 4 with only 3 drinks and no dessert. I would expect a little more for this price. eating is very good, but service and ambiente could use some work."

"As mush as we were looking forward to try this restaurant, overall it was a disappointing experience. I noted on the reservation and called the restaurant ahead to let them know that we were celebrating a birthday, but as we settled in, we were asked if we were celebrating a special occasion!?? One would think that for this level of pricing, they would at least offer some staples like high quality /warm bread. We had 4 different appetizers and I cant say that any of them was great. Food was OK, nothing special. Best part of the food experience were the deserts. Prices for each main dish absolutely did not justify. For the quality of food , service , and ambiance , this restaurant was way over priced. For four of us the bill was over $500 !!!!"
