"Very nice supper club. Excellent fish dinner Wednesday night. Superb prime rib on Thursday. The smoked whitefish cake was an excellent appetizer also and the creamed asparagus Superb was delicious!"

"Food was amazing. We had this place on our to-do list for a weekend getaway, and I'm so glad that we came here. I would say that the food was some of the best we've ever had. I live in a city of 100,000 and Crate beat all of our restaurants. I had Red Snapper, my wife had the lamb, and we shared Sashimi for an appetizer. All of it outstanding. Waitstaff was all very personable and interacted with all of the guests, not just their own specific tables. We felt very comfortable there."

"From outside the restaurant, you'd think you're going to an alcohol store. Go into your impressed by the old school diving bar feel still very clean atmosphere. We sat at the bar and ordered our drinks and food. The one waitress who worked the whole bar was the sweetest girl ever. Work very hard to ensure that every customer is satisfied. We ordered the specialty burgers on Texas toast with grilled onions... In addition to ordering the door county speciality that has French frits, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, cheese curds and fried mushrooms. This is probably the best burger I've ever had in my whole life! Who would have thought that Texas Toast would go as amazing as a Burger jack. The Door Grafschaft speciality was also amazing, so glad we had a chance to taste each of these unique fried foods with so much taste. If you're ever in the door, it's a must to stop in the Red Room. Come back here!"

"Had to find an ice cream, frozen pumpkin or yogurt joint before she went back home and ended here. Since it was perhaps half a mile west of the lodge, we stayed with us and have high reviews, no need to be in a search to find Door County's best tasting frozen treat. The yogurt here is delicious, the place is clean, the staff is friendly, the prices reasonable and the next time I visit Door County, I have to give her pizza a try. 2 BIG at first visit!"

"My husband and I tried Sonnys for the first time during a little birthday trip to Sturgeon Bay. The parking lot was packed, but we sat right away. We ordered a personal pizza and lobster ravioli, which I highly recommend. The salad bar was included and was also a nice starter. The best service was perfect. Our server, Dana, had refills on our table before we had to ask. She was very friendly, bubbly and ready to chat. Overall very groundy and has left us a good impression for our first visit. The atmosphere was relaxed and there was a great music selection that played overhead. Everything in a great evening. Back! Thank you. Dana, for a great birthday dinner!"
