"I initially gave this restaurant a 5-star rating, but during my visit, there was a bit of a mishap. My group of Asian tourists was the only one from the morning tour, and when we arrived at the restaurant after finishing our tour, the server bypassed us and went to serve the group behind us. Fortunately, Julia noticed and quickly attended to us. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and they followed a farm-to-table concept where nothing went to waste, including all parts of the animal. This is a lovely spot for lunch, suggested by a local. The blooming terrace was delightful, with a mix of wild flowers and different types of horticulture. The atmosphere was elegant throughout. The staff was also exceptionally welcoming.

This restaurant definitely lives up to all the hype - it offers an absolutely amazing dining experience that goes beyond just "fine dining." The uniqueness of the place makes guests feel very welcome and the hospitality is exceptional, even allowing guests to see some of their meal being prepared in the kitchen. The only suggestion for improvement would be to make it easier for guests to catch a taxi or find transportation when their meal ends late.
