"Bistro 197 has two very different personalities regarding its interior architecture elements. The left side is brighter traditional bistro feeling very open, the right side is warmer, intimately raised bar feeling, with two TV plays a mix of sports ball pro-wrestling. The staff is friendly. The cadence of the service is cozy occasionally absent for longer periods and offers way for a much more appealing conversation time. As long as you know that these measures take to talk more drinks to order, you will enjoy yourself thoroughly. Live music was free, but it is worth paying.
