"I want to extend my gratitude to the manager, Susie! I called from Texas to see if she could assist me in celebrating my daughter-in-law’s birthday. She is currently serving in the military in Virginia and had to spend her birthday alone at Buffalo Wild Wings since my son, her husband, is away at the moment. Susie made it special by surprising her with a delicious dessert, proving that distance doesn’t diminish the thoughtfulness of great service. Truly impressive!"

This location does it right. I have been to another location in New York and I was not impressed, but this location in Newport News did it right. The wings were prepared perfectly, and was delicious, and the onion rings were very tasty as well. I will definitely go back there.

We had a fantastic server today! She was attentive and friendly, which made our experience enjoyable. However, we haven't been as lucky during our previous visits. The time of day might have played a role in that. We love coming here to watch the game, relax, and enjoy some wings! I’m giving it 4 stars for the pricing and the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Our group of seven had a fantastic experience thanks to our waitress, Shelby! She expertly managed not only our table but also a group of 20 and three booths, and she kept everything running smoothly. Shelby went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and wanted. Buffalo Wild Wings is lucky to have such an incredible employee! Thanks to her outstanding service, my family and I will definitely be returning. Great job once again, Shelby! ❤️
