"We had a group of 7 that came in and our waitress Shelby did SUCH AN AWESOME JOB!!!! She ran a table of 20,3 booths and our table and I mean this girl ran and ran and ran and made sure we had everything and needed and wanted for NOTHING!!!! SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUFFALO WILD WINGS SHOULD BE VERY PROUD TO HAVE SUCH AN AMAZING PERSON WORKING FOR THEIR COMPANY!!!!! Thanks to Shelby my family and I will definitely be back!!!!! GREAT JOB ONCE AGAIN!!!! <3"

Our server today was great! She was attentive and friendly.. not so much luck for other visits. The time of day may have been a factor. We enjoy catching the game, catching up and eating wings! 4 stars based on pricing and restaurant cleanliness.

This location does it right. I have been to another location in New York and I was not impressed, but this location in Newport News did it right. The wings were prepared perfectly, and was delicious, and the onion rings were very tasty as well. I will definitely go back there.

Thank you to the manager Susie! I called from Texas and asked if she could please help me celebrate my daughter in law’s birthday. She is in the military in VA and spent it alone at BWW. My son, her husband, is away at the moment. Susie helped make it special by surprising her with this delicious dessert even though I’m miles away. Amazing service!
